However, from the time we met with Bartlett Arborist Representative Matt Smith back in Spring 2024 to the finishing touches finally in October (due to horrific Florida Summer Weather, hurricanes and waiting on driveway paver project to be complete), he kept us updated all along the way. His professionalism along with his vast knowledge and most importantly his always being timely responsive when we had so many frustrations. A BIG "Shout-Out" to Heidi Wolff in the Bartlett Office, she too, was incredibly professional and patient when we had so many questions. Lastly, the team, that was sent out for "day-of" projects were really terrific young men. The took the time to share with you the process entailed to complete the job. They also were extremely prideful and really wanted you to be pleased with the services they provided, and they left the entire work area immaculate upon completion of their good work. I won't post the entire text exchange, but suffice it to say…read morethat I told them I was having my front yard regraded and needed two trees removed and a stomp in the front yard re-ground because the previous company didn't grind it deep enough to have the front yard re-graded. I told the technician on site on three different occasions and got confirmation from him as to the depth required for the job. He said no problem, we'll take care of it. The next day I went to check on the job and it was barely below the existing grade. When I complain they threaten to take me to small claims court and told me that they fulfilled their contract. I've had gotten two prices for the job, one from them and one from Tree West. They were virtually identical. The only difference being that they said they could do the job tomorrow so I gave it to them. I ended up calling Tree West back and paying them half again the cost of the job to complete they both knew was included from the get-go. Definitely one of those gotcha kind of contractors. Save your money and call a real professional.

We had an overgrown foxtail palm and a couple large dracaenas planted in a garden bed INSIDE our lanai with functioning irrigation heads. I had some trepidation about the difficulty of uprooting this beautiful palm due to the circumstances. Dan went above and beyond my expectations and was even able to salvage the plants so we can replant them outside the lanai. He made zero mess and ensured the job was completed to our satisfaction.
