Signing a waiver to absolve this business of any damages made them believe they had carte blanc to cause over $300 in damages to my irrigation system. They were so intent on making their $100 without a modicum of due diligence to at least probe to see what could potentially be damaged. The owner told me that they are very careful to make sure there look before they proceed and are supposed to call him if they suspect any possible damage before they do any work. They failed miserably. I asked them to come back out and clean the mess they left on the wall of my home. They agreed to clean up the mess although it was a harbinger of things to come. I asked them for a quote to trim a couple of palms before I realized the extent of the damage they did and noted that their quote was excessive. Our HOA hired Any Town to remove invasive plants and vines that are choking out our trees. They failed to complete the job as the scope of work directed. They missed many invasive plants and had to return to remove them. They removed about three quarters of the vines but refused to remove the rest. Their excuse is they couldn't get the job finished the first day so they did what they could. It would take them about an hour to finish up but refused to do so. The owner Barry came on site one day and started screaming & swearing at another tree vendor we had hired to remove a large tree. He was abusive & unprofessional. Totally DISAPPOINTED !!! A company that boosts of 28 years experience and CAN NOT get an estimate correct .... TWICE .... should not boost ! I requested an estimate to remove three trees in our back yard to which I was emailed the estimate the same day and after deciding the next day to accept the estimate, I was told that the price was wrong, and not by a small amount. One would think that with 28 years in the business, they could get an estimate correct, or maybe this is their bait and switch game !! My first experience with this company happened months earlier during the community service of trimming the common area trees and finding two employees taking a fiesta on my front yard, like they owned the place. Any Town Tree is THE BEST!! From the office staff to the men on the crew. I received 4 quotes to remove a 25 foot Bismark palm in our backyard, plus a stumping service. The tree was in a tricky spot between the pool cage and the lake, about an 8 ft area wide. I had quotes between $400 (Any Town) and $1900! I decided to go with Any Town after reading their reviews. They showed up on schedule with 6 men, very professional trucks, and the appropriate tools and power equipment. They were so friendly, fast, efficient. Everything was done and thoroughly cleaned up in one hour. They very clearly knew what they were doing! The guy to handle the stumping of the trunk (same company) came back 3 days later and did the job. We were told upfront that if we wanted them to take away the trunk shavings, that is an additional $60. We declined and said, no we'd handle that. Well, we had gone out and when we came home there was a tree shaving pile that was huge and extremely heavy. Plus, we had no idea how we were going to dispose of it all. I called Any Town back and asked if they could please come back to remove. They were back the next morning and removed it all in about an hour. A back breaking, messy job. This is a quality company. Great prices, great service. We had them remove an 80 foot pine tree that was too close to our house. One of the branches fell on our walkway pavers & misaligned them. I called the next morning. Within an hour a rep was here to inspect the minor damage. Within an hour after that the owner was here & fixed it "like new". Wow! Below average experience with this company. They agreed to flush cut the tree because they could not get a stump grinder or it was that but instead left a 6 inch stump and said that was the best they could do. In response to my continued inquiry they agreed to come back and cut the rest of the stump but never returned. Thereafter, I heard all sorts of nonsense about what they could not do. While they were successful in taking down the tree, they never returned to finish the stump and made multiple excuses (nonsensical excuses) about why it could not be done. All I can say is "WOW"!!! Excellent service, professional, quick, reasonable price. I had called several other companies to get quotes to trim my 5 palms along my seawall, most never called back, others said they'd be out but never showed. I called Anytown on a Monday morning, the estimator arrived that afternoon, I had an email quote in my inbox that night. Price was very reasonable, so I accepted. 6 man crew showed up Wednesday morning, in & out in about an hour, shredded all trimmings, even used a blower from backyard all the way to truck in street. Removed two large coconut palms and an oak tree, ground the stumps and overall a very professional job. Used them two years now and definitely will again. I highly recommend Anytown Tree. They are reasonable and they stand behind their work. We had them remove a live oak tree and then return to do root grinding a few weeks later. During the grinding, some of the roots went into our pool, which produced brown stains in the pool bottom. The owner was very nice about it. He immediately fixed the problem to our satisfaction. I don't know that other tree removal companies would have been as cooperative. I give them five stars. read more

As a neighbor, Any Town Tree left our pool full of dirt and the entire lanai and patio completely covered by saw dust and dirt. There was no effort by them to place tarps on the lanai cage to prevent the dust blowing in. In the end they came into the lanai cage and blew the dust around but did nothing to clean the surfaces or the pool. Their lack of respect for the neighbor is very disappointing. Their only comment was "Gee, look how clean your neighbors' trees look!" Please look elsewhere when considering tree services. read more
