The sweet lady who manages the space Carla was pretty amazing. She showed me around the property, which I have to admit for a smaller city was pretty great. Everything was clean. They have private offices and call rooms if needed. The inside space is for people who work more quietly. I'm a sun shine person so of course I decided to work on the very good sized patio. That way I could talk to my clients and enjoy the view at the same time. As shown in the photo there is a really nice scene once you're out there. Kitchen is fully loaded with everything included. She even had muffins that day for everyone. There's a cafe on the ground floor and plenty of food around if you need a lunch break. All being said, pleasantly surprised. If I have to go back to Jacksonville again... I'll definitely be back.

Checked into the airbnb late and discovered the internet service was not as advertised. Have to have high speed for my phone system to work. So it's 9pm on a Thursday and my wife says go and drive around to some hotels and see if you can rent a room for the day. So I reached out to Sharespace via Yelp and no answer, it was like 9:15 at this point so that wasn't unexpected. I'm just about to head out the door to go find a place and my phone dings with a text. It was Sharespace asking how they could help. So beyond expectations, I typed out that I needed to find a place to work the next day that was private for client calls and they said no problem they had a space for me. Cost was reasonable and less than I would have paid for a hotel room for the day. The place was really nice and they had me set up so that when I walked in the door the office was open, the WiFi was fast and the snacks and coffee were great. What amazed me was that they responded so quickly and without hesitation came up with a more than workable solution and then delivered on it in such a short period of time. Thanks Sharespace!

They were super quick to respond to my initial request via email and happy to accommodate our needs for the two days. It's located within an office building off of Baymeadows on the second floor. It's not a ginormous space, but does have a large, glassed-in conference room, individual offices, a communal table, kitchen area, and some cubicles. I only saw a handful of people over the two days we were here, so it is definitely not a loud space and everyone was very friendly. The price was reasonable for a day pass and I appreciated the use of the printer, scanner, and amenities like filtered water! Of course, they offer a variety of membership packages and rates which you can check out on the website. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again if in need!
