I got back 1100 Euro. I said that is wrong should be $1400 Euros .Then he says there is a 16% commission. I had not taken the Euros from his window tray, I said give me my $2000 back, He says we do not do refunds. I agreed to get ripped off on the exchange rate because I was tired, I got robbed on the commission because I explicitly asked what my cost per Euro would be and he didn't disclose the hidden 16% fee.. I had not taken the Euros from his window tray. There was a reason Jesus cast out the money lenders. Western Union is unethical.

Happy to report that there are NO fees as of this writing (July 2017) to take out Euros. I can't stand the thought of paying 5€ just to use a freakin' ATM! That's a beer and a coffee right there.
