Talked with the owner of this agency this morning regarding my upcoming cruise that I have booked with them. My agent at this agency passed away last week, she was a great friend and agent. Called today to talk about my cruise that was canceled yesterday. Talking with the owner and brought up a conversation that I had with her last week she called me a damn Liar, I then told her if that the way she was going to treat me as a client I would cancel the 3 cruise that I had booked with them. She said I could care a damn if you cancel all of them and hang up on me. Will be moving my business elsewhere. read more
