We were given a written estimate, our new boiler will be installed tomorrow, and we've already received confirmation of that appointment. They never provided me a wrench to remove the filter housing so I could replace the filter (which has now been in there for 6 years). New management or not, they kept the company name and I would think they would have historical files to know what sized pipes were used instead of asking me plumbing question, which I know absolutely nothing about. I'll need to find a more reputable company.
