He was at our place on a Monday, said it was a particular part and gave the impression he would order it. Minimal communication, but we thought it was taken care of. Two weeks went by and no follow up. We reached out, he said the part was supposed to have been delivered the day prior but hadn't yet arrived. Ok, no big deal. Then two more weeks went by. We finally reached out to GE because after several attempts to reach him and him not answering the phone and not calling back, we were at a loss. They also made "countless attempts" to reach him with no response. It's now been over 7 weeks without a functional washing machine and they have dispatched yet another company so that we can move forward with this repair. Bottom line, I would not recommend.

Phil advises the circuit board was bad and had to order a new one. He advised he would return in a week to install. I threw him a $20 tip with the assumption that it would be a proficient process. On Monday 3/18/2019 I contacted phil "expert appliance" which is actually Intermountain appliance who advised he had no tracking number. I personally contacted LG who advised the part was ordered on the date of 3/18/2019 and it was to be shipped the next day. I attempted to get facts from LG who advised me that phil "expert appliance/Intermountain appliance" never advised them of any service conducted nor a part ordered. This guys waited a week to pick up the phone or computer to order a part for my 13month old LG dryer. This guys is illegitimate and has zero business professionalism. Stay away if you want your unit repaired in any reasonable time. To make a long story short he got a $20 tip and so far it's been 10 days and NOTHING has been completed from the initial date of service call. I wish they had a ZERO rating but unfortunately I have to give him 1 star. Not even sure if he's an authorized service center as LG was told. He was reported to LG for his multiple business name which is very concerning.

They said that they would dispatch their next available employee. About 20 minutes after leaving their location, they called me and said that there was nothing they could do because they were too busy and I was not a current customer. Apparently, having absolutely no heat in the middle of November in Colorado is not enough of an emergency for them to send someone. I guess the one thing to be thankful for this Thanksgiving is that, so far, the temperature has not dipped to too cold, yet. This is one of the reasons why I do not shop locally.

Paul really can do everything we can think of to throw at him. We called Paul when we had lights go out in our 30' ceiling. In his first call, he replaced all our ceiling lights and straightened out a ceiling light fixture that no one could get to stay in place despite multiple attempts over the last 5 years. Then he serviced our plumbed in humidifiers, straightened our kitchen cabinet doors, rebuilding one that was coming apart, fixed a subwoofer in our Sprinter RV, replaced broken and missing window valences and helped us remove and dispose of a couch. He is now servicing our boat outboard and hydraulic steering and has consulted with our next door neighbor on a Nest thermostat system installation I think that's it at the moment. We are now noticing all of the little repair jobs around the house and have yet to find something he can't handle, but we will keep trying
