She will call you for a consultation and have you send in your ID, social security #, and the whole bit, but she won't do any credit repair. I canceled and filed a claim with my credit card company. I am terrified she will retaliate by further destroying my credit and stealing my identity. Did I mention she's sold stolen SSN's before? Her credit repair is just a front for a scam. She was investigated by the State of New York. Search her name on the website for the New York State Attorney's Office Northern District of New York, and you will learn she conspired with others to sell stolen social security numbers. I have been a victim for 7 months now, nothing has happened or changed with my credit report, can't get a response from them when responding to the various emails they randomly send you, these fake emails say "we are working on your account, your client portal will be updated". Yet no update, no response to messages in the client portal or any where you try to message them. Every time I send an email to get an update, the email bounces back as undeliverable. I have called the various phone numbers they show as their number, get no response, the number says text them for immediate response and those get no "immediate response" they get no response at all. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and CFPB, I have requested chargebacks from my CC. I have also sent all my emails, text messages and screenshots from the client portal to my attorney for review for civil action. Vargas Consulting must be stopped and shutdown. I stopped her from charging my account and she sent this threatening letter... Why in the world do I have a chargeback from you? Not only have I rendered over 10 HOURS that you didn't pay for, but you received all the dispute copies, all negatives disputed each round, creditor/collector disputes that I did not charge you for, custom disputes and not templates and I didn't lock you in! Additionally, you're paying for services rendered, not future services. So, I'm not sure what your issue is, but in 2 hours I will be sending over all documentation, video, receipts, proof, contract, payment authorization, disputes, proof of sending, and more to my merchant as well as your bank and when that occurs, your file will also be sent over to collections for the full amount of the program + the fees you've caused me. At that point, I will also notify the credit bureaus that you've been working with a credit repair company when I void your disputes, which will bar you from ANY future disputes on these accounts. You may also want to check out your contract that you signed because you agreed to all of this when you signed up and they will receive that as well as a picture of you filling out the contract itself for verification. I contacted Kristin in November of 2021, she called for our 15 minute consultation, and I paid her $139 to get started. She also required me to sign up for a credit monitoring service (which I did for another fee) a week later after hearing nothing from her I decided to email her again to see if there was anything else I needed to do, she didn't respond. I emailed her several more times with no response so I decided this was a bad idea. I'd finally had enough so I emailed her again (to the only email address I had) and asked her to cancel the service and not charge me again. Of course she didn't respond and she didn't charge me in December so I thought we were done. I wake up to a receipt for new charges in January 2022 for another $139 and access to some portal. On the portal access email, I found a different link to email her so I did. After attempting to fix my credit report on my own for over a year with very little success. One day doing the beginning stage of COVID I was surfing the web looking for credit repair information and came across one of Kristen video. After listening to a few of Kristen videos I decided to take Kristen advise in regards to dispute with factual proof from my credit file. It seem to make a lot of sense. After disputing my first round with factual base information directly from my credit file I finally where able to see deletions from all three credit bureau's.
