I needed termite remediation on my log cabin. I was extremely nervous due to the age of the home and how close our well was to the cabin. I have been using Expert Pest Control for 20 plus years for many different properties. There is definitely no one else I would trust with my safety concerns for our family. They tailored the treatment to ensure it was safe for our well water, which was a big relief. The owner came out to personally go over everything with us and to oversee the entire job. The technicians working on the house were very knowledgeable and very nice. This was a complicated job regarding the well water plus the aesthetics of the home. There was minimal impact to pavers and landscaping etc. Besides leaving a five star review, I am reiterating there is no other company I would trust if you have a well. Let me start by saying I usually enjoy supporting small locally-owned business. However, this is one of the occasions that I did not. I called for an estimate and was greeted by an very nice person who was very expeditious at setting up a time to come out...within 24 hours. Then I was told about a week maybe 2 before I could get scheduled for the treatments that were needed. I gave a sizable deposit and fast forward 3 weeks and finally got scheduled. By the lady that schedule the appointment on the phone I was told between 12pm and 2pm on a specific date. Then latter in the day received a text that said between 12p and 3p...ok fine. The day of my appointment came and at 4pm I have still not seen the guys that were scheduled to be here. As I'm getting ready to call they pull up to my house...so an hour after their scheduled finish time. So now im forced to cancle plans i had.Then i was asked to borrow a screw driver bit so he could get under my porch, my partner had to "remind him to reattach the lattice work for under my porch, they guy was not done until almost 6:30p, and they left my yard in a complete mess. FYI they demand full payment before service rendered and or completed! I offered a payment of 50% upfront with the balance paid upon completion. They refused. Beware of any business that demands full payment up front! It's usually a huge red flag! read more

I'm a realtor from Central NJ helping a Veteran purchase a home in Willingboro. Their lender requested that we have a pest inspection I was previously unaware of and we were tight for time. I called several places, none which answered the phone. I called Expert and got an immediate response, we booked an appointment for the next day and their owner showed up 40 min. early which helped me tighten up the rest of my daily schedule. It's funny how the 2 reviews this company has are both bad and the replies to the them from the manager are "We're sorry we don't have a record of servicing you." Or "You must be mistaking us for another company." Nice try. You can't cover up terrible customer service. Don't use this company. I wish I had "no record of using them" read more

Terrible customer service. Hired to get rid of a wasp nest. We were told they guarantee service. Called after one or two week to let them know we still saw wasps. They told us it takes a while for the treatment to work and we should wait to 2 to 3 weeks. Called back after two weeks because we still had wasps. Spoke to the owner who told us too much time had passed and he wouldn't back the treatment. read more

As a recommendation of my father who used this company for his house a few years back, I called Expert Pest to treat my 10 year old home after finding a few termite mud tunnels. My father had his home treated a few years prior and was very happy with them. I called them up and they came out for the estimate right on time. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional (and local!). They did the treatment as scheduled which came with an outstanding 5 year warranty for no added cost. 3 years in and I'm still looking good - no sign of anything. read more

The comment from the 'owner' is a smokescreen and an attempt to deflect a valid complaint by raising false questions. The owner is male and IDENTIFIED HIMSELF AS THE OWNER when we spoke on the phone. The person making the comment spoke with me on the phone many times - making appointments for service every month and some billing glitches that were easily worked out. We also spoke the day I canceled the service. She knows exactly who I am and why I cancelled. Also, to answer the 'no pest problem' comment, how could the service be effective if the chemical spray was not applied where it was supposed to be, as detailed in the review. Again, this is a smokescreen. Lisa works the phones and was always personable, as were the technicians. She never indicated shared ownership to me all the times we spoke on the phone. Our last conversation, when I cancelled, she spoke about the owner the same way I did - as a third person. Inferring another pest control company made the review is a SMOKESCREEN. They know exactly who I am. After the review was posted the owner even tried to call me - twice. I didn't take the call because I didn't want to continue speaking with a business owner who treated a longtime customer so unprofessionally and disrespectfully. read more

Expert Pest Control is WONDERFUL! I've had nothing but excellent service from the owner and his employees. They are professional, polite, punctual, knowledgeable, thorough, and dedicated to the quality of service they provide. After the diagnosis of carpenter ants and treatment, the owner personally checked in to see how things were going. He even came out and evaluated the entire premises for weak spots to prevent another issue from popping up.
