Not sure how this company has such high reviews. After preparing extensively for a scheduled appointment with them (which included emptying out and bagging every drawer in my home), not only did no one SHOW UP for the appointment, I wasn't even given the courtesy of a phone call with a reason why. After calling and being on hold twice for approx 20 minutes, I called again and opted to get a return call, which I NEVER received. Very unprofessional and disappointing business, not to mention a loss of profits to this company, which I will not call again. read more

I had an issue with bed bugs and searched all over for an reasonable exterminator and I can honestly say that they are reasonable and they do a good job. I haven't had a problem since and the price wasn't bad either. They were professional, prompt and do the whole house instead of just one room like some other companies. I've been having an issue wit bed bugs since i left Vegas. Slept on a terrible mattress and brung the bed bugs back to my place. Bed bugs etc pricing is very reasonable and their customer service is excellent. Shay is the best! So far I have not seen any bugs or been bitten so the treatment seems to be taking its course. We had a good experience with Bed Bugs, Etc., Tony was very informative and knowledgeable. The only downside is that he told me he would call us when he was done, so we can know when we can return home, but I never received that call. I did reachout late in the afternoon to the office and was told he was finished. My advice to them is to not have the technicians making calls to clients but allow the office to contact and let client know how the process is progressing and when it is complete. Unfortunately, i have to update this review to one star. After several exterminations we were still seeing bugs and my fiancé and i have reached out to the company twice to get some help with a new plan of attack. We have heard absolutely nothing back, and quite frankly, i believe that we were duped into giving an immediate review with the promise of a gift card that we never even received. From the other reviews i read about this company, i thought that we were going to be in good hands in a sensitive situation. The only positive thing i have to say about this company is that Tony, the PCO, is very nice and professional and was always prompt when attending to our treatments. But two months later were seeing no improvement and are still living out of bags. Below is an explanation of our specific case, and an abridged version of a follow up email written to the company and sent TWICE with no response: We had our first treatment on November the 20th, and then two subsequent treatments about 10-12 days apart from each other after the initial appointment. First off, i would like to mention that everyone i have spoken to on staff has been very cordial and in addition to that, appointments were made and kept in a very professional manner. We were asked to complete a survey and also, to give a review a few days after the first treatment, and in return we were offered a 50.00 gift card. I thought that it was a little too soon to review the business, as I wasn't really able to review anything but the service, however i did comply and wrote a positive review on Yelp based on the knowledge i had gathered at that point. I wish, in retrospect, that I had waited to write the review. After 3 treatments and over a month of having all of our belongings in bags, we are still finding bedbugs daily. We also did not receive the gift card, and were told later that it would be looked into by Shay, but this still has not happened. For the first treatment we followed the detailed instructions on packing all belongings into garbage bags to be sealed, cleaned, then re-sealed. The items were bagged on Nov. 19th, were cleaned shortly after, and remain to be bagged to this day. When Tony, our technician came to the house, we asked him if the prep we had done seemed sufficient (never had to do this before), and he assured us that we had done more than most, and that everything looked good. I was told by both Shay and the Technician that normally only one treatment is needed, but that we were covered for additional treatments for 30 days. After this treatment we did see some uptick in activity, but expected this after reading over all of the information given before the treatment. After 10 days, we were still finding bugs, so we went ahead and had a second treatment scheduled for a few days later, as it fell under the 30 day guarantee. Following the second treatment, we were in the clear and weren't finding anything until around day 9. we found two or three in the bedroom, and one in our bathroom, and decided to have yet a third treatment. Again, From all of the research I have been doing, a third treatment seemed reasonable. When my husband called to schedule this appointment, Shay suggested that if this time it didn't work, that we should consider getting on the quarterly plan. If the treatment is working, this makes sense. My problem is that after this third treatment I am finding more bugs than ever before. At least one a day, starting a few days after treatment. Why would i want to keep paying additional money (after paying almost 800.00 already) for a service that is not yielding results?! In addition, at the start of the third treatment, we were asked if we wanted the whole house treated, or just certain areas. I guess the question was regarding problem areas, but I am not a PCO, therefore, I don't know what works! This also led me to believe that the house was never thoroughly inspected to see where the problem areas were to begin with. This is unacceptable, as this is not a cheap service. I also understand that every situation is different, and that it is difficult to say when the problem should be clear, but even after all of my questions I am having a very difficult time trying to gauge the severity of our situation. I can't get an answer on what is normal or average after this many attempts at eradicating these pests. I am still looking for a solution, as I am at my wits end. I do feel that we have kept up our responsibilities as the homeowners, to keep up with vacuuming, caulking any cracks, plugging unused outlets with child safety plugs, keeping items bagged and out of the way, and even sleeping with only a fitted sheet on our bed with no blankets. We chose this company for the excellent reviews, and now I am beginning to think that they were all prompted by promises of a gift card. This is already just about the worst thing that can happen to you. Find a company hat cares. read more

I had a bed bug issue and called Bed Bugs Etc immediately the next day, they came out 2 hours later to inspect both my apartment and my boyfriends! They are very knowledgable and helpful about the issue I was having and I have been bed bug free ever since. I would highly recommend this service! Update 6/15* I am removing 2 stars. I have called 3 times requesting a formal letter for my landlord, stating I have complete all of the treatments (this is a requirement for my landlord). Called to have house exterminated for bed bugs. Not only did they did a great job but the price was so inexpensive!! For the entire house it was a great deal rather than charging per room like some others I ran across on the internet. anyway from the first treatment we haven't seen any of those critters since. We were actually unsure at first if we even had bed bugs, the only thing we had to go off of was the right side of my body covered in clusters of red welts. Upon contacting Bedbugs etc. Pest Control we were able to schedule an inspection for early the next day. Ryan was extremely helpful and though we had already slashed the mattress and put it outside ( we thought it would prevent further spread) he was able to find them in a matter of seconds. I was able to schedule our first fumigation for as early as the next day! He gave me clear instructions on everything I would need to do for best results (what needed to be laundered, what didn't, storage of valuables, etc.) and how long the process would take. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and with patience. The fumigation technician was equally knowledgeable and even went as far as to assure me that this is a common problem that could happen to anyone. They are extremely thorough and explained the whole process to me as well as why each step was necessary. Their prices are fair (a good night's sleep is honestly worth every cent.) Now on the brink of our last fumigation I am happy to say we have not had any more bites and are excited to get our lives back to normal. The staff has been extremely helpful and quite pleasant to deal with from the fumigators to the lovely ladies who've helped schedule our appointments. They also have reasonable hours that work with my hectic schedule. I can sleep tight knowing the bedbugs WON'T bite thanks to Bedbugs etc. Pest Control! read more

WORST SERVICE EVERRRRRR. Paid 480 to get my whole apartment done. Still bed bugs. Came back in 30 days to redo the apartment...still bed bugs. Wanted me to pay $93 three seperate times to retreat apartment. Paid $150 AGAIN for two payments and wanted to charge me for the second treatment. I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A BAD REVIEW EVER EVEN THOUGH I HAVE BEEN DISSAPPOINTED BEFORE BUT THIS BY FAR IS THE WORST I HAVE EVERRRR HAD TO DEAL WITH. THE WORST - AT A TIME WHEN YOUR LIFE IS UPSIDE DOWN THEY DO NOT DELIVER YET TAKE YOUR MONEY!! I would prefer to give no stars but its not an option. After reading other peoples reviews it seems as if they have a script they seem to use with everyone. I think all of us should get together and call a lawyer. I believe we are being taking advantage of at a time where all of our belongings are in bags in the yard and none of us have slept in days,weeks, months at this point. After following the prep work to the word we were told we did more then most people do. We threw away all of our furniture, all of our beds and ripped up our carpets on top of bagging the entire house and sealing them. We threw most of our clothes away and this was only after seeing 2 bedbugs in our house. After the first treatment we saw more and I called and was informed that was normal to see a spike in activity afterward. We waited the ten days and were still seeing them so we had the 2nd treatment. After the 2nd treatment we were still seeing them but waited the ten days again. When I called to tell them we still had them I was told the 30 days was up and if I required further treatment i would have to pay more. Its not like they exterminated and 2 months later I had another problem they NEVER got rid of them to begin with and they brought the wrong size encasement as I had a bed I purchased afterward and wanted to put an encasement on it before I brought it in the house but they never replaced it they told me they could give me another one for $80. So after reading these reviews it doesn't seem like they even know how to get rid of them or they purposely don't in order to keep customers coming back out of desperation. They know people ate tired and are in the middle of a nightmare and they prey on the weak. If you want your problem taken care of DO NOT USE BED BUGS ETC - THY ARE THE WORST becareful because they have good customer service while on the phone.
