Gretchen, our contact at Premier, was very responsive to our requests, questions and changes when our guest list ended up increasing. When I researched similar rental companies the prices were all very comparable. At the last minute we actually ran into trouble with the fire marshal wanting to inspect the tent so we ended up canceling the tent. Luckily, we had clear skies and great weather! We also had a bit of confusion on what day the items were being delivered (we changed it on them a few times) so the order showed up a day early but all was well. In the end the tables, chairs and glasses were quality and we couldn't have done the event without them. I would recommend them to other couples.

They arrived on time and set everything up to specification. The only reason I didn't give a 5 start review is they returned half an hour early for pick up. The drivers papers and my contract didn't match.

Luckily, we could hide the other 5 tables that didn't match in the summer lighted areas. Returned all today, and Jim wasn't around. Person who i spoke with didn't seem like it was a concern. It was uncharted territory for us, as we had never had to plan a wedding nor an outdoor reception (booooo to COVID-19).... We called multiple places. Grand Rental Station was super fast to respond, very flashy and showy....but very, very pricey. JCM was very detailed and thoughtful in their response, and, based on pricing, we chose JCM and it was the very best decision we made for planning the reception. They came to set up the 40 x 60 tent a few days before the party and, wow, do those guys work hard. They have it down to a very well organized system. And that tent was huge...and very, very clean, white. Pristine! And super-sturdy. The reception ended up being a very windy day and those poles did not budge. In fact, our Caterer (who I assume has seen many parties in many tents) commented, "This tent is amazing. What company was this? These poles---I've never seen poles this strong and sturdy at any of the parties we've catered!" The chairs were white and clean. The tables were fine. The bistro lights looked fabulous. Everyone in the neighborhood walking by commented on how nice and sturdy and clean and well built it was. All the superlatives to this company. Well done, JCM! Highly recommend!

Nick was professional, courteous, reliable, from the first phone call to Nick to picking up the chairs the day after the wedding. He was easy to work with. I was so impressed with the quality of the white chairs. The prices were very compatible to competing vendors especially since we need delivery and pickup. When I went to return tableware rental items to a place in St. Louis and I saw what their white folding chairs looked like, I was even happier with Ever After Party Rentals. The chairs at the St. Louis location were square shape backs and were not in good condition at all with the white finish scraped off in lots of places on many of the chairs. My guests for a movie/birthday party had arrived and were waiting for the arrival of the equipment (I booked for setup hours earlier). The company offered to do another night for me at no cost, and I booked again for a few weeks later. I thought that was a nice gesture, however I must say that I am extremely disappointed that they were A NO SHOW for the second event. What an embarrassment for my family to have a yard full of invited guests for an evening of relaxation and entertainment and the equipment that I needed was never delivered or setup as promised.  Because of the pandemic we couldn't move the crowd indoors, so our evening was a bust. After several calls and leaving voicemail messages, they sent a text and told me that they would be late. We even waited 3+ hours (served dinner) for some type of cancellation communique, but nothing.  I never received any sort of communication or apology about this.  I sent an email to the company to this affect six days later and never received a response. This was a very poor standard of service, especially when they were the ones that offered the second package complementary to make up for the very late delivery on the original day.  I am now looking for a reputable rental company for more parties and we will not be using this company.

The "linens" that were given to us were folded in Saran platic wrap(not hung up like they should be) and with severe creases. My venue called & I called the owner. The owner said," There is nothing I can do about it. We've been doing this for 30 years and we have never had a complaint." He's a liar and a con-artist. He wouldn't even send anyone out to iron the wrinkles/creases. It wouldve taken a whole day to iron the amount of table cloths we got. (We set up ourselves) I picked up my order at their warehouse and was blown away at how much they they had! All sizes of tables, chairs, linens and glasses. Everything was clean, organized and well maintained. I haves up my truck and the warehouse staff helped load my truck and double checked that I had everything I needed. Not only did they give me written instructions for assembling the tent but they talked me through it and pointed out the most important steps. They even gave me their phone number and told me to call with any questions. The event went well, thanks in part to Grand Rental Station. I found out that they also have popcorn machines, fans, lighting, silverware, snowcone makers, coffee makers. There's no need to go anywhere else. I can't wait to have another party!

I went to the initial meeting with wright's, my fiancé & mother in law. When we left all three of us we're under the impression we where paying for them to set up the decorations in the hall for the reception & along with the tent in a different location for the ceremony. They asked us specifically where everything needed to be set up, as detailed to where what tables & decorations went where. They set up only the tent. Didn't set up the lights that go with the tent. We had to bring in our own ladder to do that. Also we needed a speaker with a microphone for the ceremony & officiant. The one they sent us was so dated that there wasn't a Bluetooth option or usb option to plug in. We had to buy a separate piece to make it compatible. There where also a handful of items missing. Mind you this is all happening 1-2 days before the wedding. I wouldn't have paid any party company just to simply rent decorations that I had to also set up. So my stress free wedding became a nightmare in setting up. I would never use them again.
