    I dropped off my varsity jacket to have letters sewn onto it.... it was completed 2 days earlier than she originally quoted, and the work was done excellently. The price was fair and the service was exceptional - so much so that I'm letting her work on 3 more of my jackets this week! I'm a happy customer and will definitely do business here again as needed.

    Do not go here. I had shoes altered and they used a different color material and when I asked them why all they could tell me Was that they didn't have it in supply. I asked why they didn't call me if they didn't have the marching color and they said they don't do that. I paid $198.00 and now have to find someone else to fix their work. They would no re do their work.

    Dishonest! Horrible Customer Service!

    No customer service here at all. It's their way or the highway. Thankfully I chose the highway.

    I honestly don't even know where to start. This was one of the worst customer service experiences…read moreI've ever had. I went in two weeks ago for a simple heel repair. I was told it was an easy job and would be done quickly. While I was there, they suggested adding a cleaning service since I mentioned I needed the shoes for a wedding, so I agreed. I paid half upfront and was told I would pay the rest at pickup. Fast forward to today--I walked in, and before I could even fully step inside, she immediately told me my shoes were not ready. I explained multiple times that I needed them for Thursday, and instead of offering a solution, she kept repeating "they're not ready" and telling me to come back another day. I made it very clear that today was the ONLY day I could pick them up. After insisting, she finally said I could come back tomorrow, and again I explained I couldn't. I had to continue pushing just to get my own shoes back. Then she suddenly switched and said, "The job is done, but I have high standards and want it to be perfect, so I wanted someone to go over it again." This made no sense, especially since she had just been insisting they weren't ready. While she was helping another customer, she was loudly yelling with a terrible attitude, saying that I should have called to remind them that I needed my shoes. Why would I need to remind you to do a job I already paid for? The entire interaction was so uncomfortable that I ended up recording the last part because of how aggressive and loud she was, even though I was calm and trying to be understanding the entire time. When she finally brought my shoes out, I was honestly shocked. Yes, the heel was repaired, but the shoes were in terrible condition. They were extremely dirty, the bows were undone, and the leather looked cracked. It was obvious they had not been cleaned at all--even though that was a service I paid for. She even tried to say they hadn't worn them, as if that explained the condition, and then finally admitted they were never cleaned. On top of that, the payment situation was ridiculous. I had already paid half, and when it came time to pay the remaining balance, she initially refused to let me pay with a card and told me I would have to come back another day. When she finally did charge my card, she added THEIR card processing fee to MY total. For example, I owed $1 and she added extra cents for the fee, sarcastically saying "yeah, sorry." At that point, I was exhausted, frustrated, and just wanted to leave. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism, poor communication, and disrespect. To make matters worse, these are Chanel shoes, and it honestly feels like they were just thrown into a pile with no care whatsoever. I will never be returning. If I could give 0 stars, I would. By the way I will add pictures of the shoes the day I dropped them off and the state in which I picked them up today! Now it looks like I will actually NEED the shoe cleaning.

    Ruined 2/2 of the items I dropped off. I dropped off a faux fur blanket and a dress I bought from a…read morelocal designer in Greece - blanket totally ruined, and dress now covered in snags and stains that were not previously there. Faux Fur Blanket - they told me upfront that it was damaged and offered to refund the $35 dry clean. I told them the cost of the West Elm blanket and asked for them to pay for a new one. After about 20-30 minutes of waiting while they went back and forth with their manager, they agreed and apologized profusely. They asked me not to write a negative review, and I was not going to as they apologized and paid for the item, BUT that was until I got home and saw my dress ruined, and they refused to admit fault. Dress - VERY different experience - women working in the front was very rude this time and refused to responsibility for the damages. She told me the stains and snags were there previously, which is an objective lie and I have countless photos of me wearing the dress (wore it ONE time). She refused to admit any responsibility despite causing numerous stains and snags. I asked to speak to the manager and she refused to tell me what day or time he works. I asked for him to call me, she told me not possible. I asked for him to email me, also not possible. She could offer nothing other than for me to call the store every day and ask if he was in the store. I wish I never came here. Do not recommend. Do not trust this business with anything you care about. EDIT: I talked to 3 women - one of which was named Pooja, not sure what the others names were. The women with glasses was the women with the dress who refused to accept any fault or take my complaints seriously. Pooja was very kind and apologetic and happy to do what she could to try to make things right when she saw the dress on my 3rd visit back here. She brought out the dry cleaner who was kind as well and willing to try to get the stains out - still no acknowledgment of the new snags though, and told it was just the material.
