They went above and beyond what I ever expected. They even had a used tire available as an option to help get my mom back on the road as quickly and affordably as possible. Since I'm in Louisiana and my mom is there, I had originally arranged to have her car taken to a specific mechanic. But along the way, he stopped at a friend's mechanic shop to make sure my mom would be well taken care of and it turned out my mom knew the owner there too! God was surely in the works this morning. Being so far away and trying to help your mom when she's stranded can be stressful, but knowing she was in the hands of honest, caring people meant more to me than they probably realize. I am incredibly grateful for their honesty, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile to help my momma. This wasn't just a tow it was someone genuinely looking out for another person. Although he was certainly knowledgeable, he asked me the right questions and he LISTENED to my answers! He suggested that *maybe* a larger higher more visible vehicle would be to my benefit.
