When they released my vehicle to me, they did not return them. They wanted a $45 fee because they "had" to use a flatbed tow truck instead of a regular, but when they brought my car back out of their lot, suddenly using the regular tow truck was fine. Not to mention, they wanted $45 for driving my car from their lot to the street. Avoid this place at all costs unless you're looking to do business with a selfish company that will scam you, and has no respect or care for the working class. They charge people like this and treat them this way because they know we have no other option, and it is disgusting. Also - do NOT sign your title over to them just to be done with it. My bill was $355, and they told me if I sign the title over to them I would only owe $100 something. They wanted me to pay to give them my car.

Thought it was just another a hole...and it was....just happened to be a big red truck with Foster's on the door. This happened on Friday, Jan 9 about 7pm.
