The service requested had to be corrected not once but twice only to receive attitude that somehow it was my fault that the French tip was done incorrectly. Then to top it off they left me sit there without check on me to remove nail cushions and to give the go ahead that the pedicure was dry. This place is unfriendly if you are a new client/customer. Make sure you don't state your opinion if their work is less than second best because you will literally be treated like a leper. Got dip done here about two weeks ago. My nails are already lifting and breaking. This has never happened at any other salon. I called to talk and see if there was anything they can do and the owner got on the phone and had an attitude with me. I explained at other salons this does not happen. She said " then we don't need your business you can take yourself to another salon." Due to my back injury, I depend on professional pedicure services. I visited Expo Nails and brought my own nail polish. Although the gentleman who performed the service was polite, it was clear he was not properly trained, and the service was inadequate and unprofessional. No hardened skin was removed, and no real pedicure was performed, my toenails were simply painted with the polish I provided. Charging $46 for this is unacceptable and completely unjustified. read more

Super welcoming atmosphere!! Process was also super quick. I booked my appointment online an hour before I came in and there was no wait at all. I will definitively be coming back! It did take a while for my nails to get done which I understand because I asked for tips and a monochrome polish. My nail person didn't talk to me too much which I appreciate because I like to sit in silence. It is normally priced with tips being $5 extra and the monochrome coat for $15 which I don't understand. I don't know if I would go back just because I feel like I can find a cheaper place with the same quality service. read more

WORST pedicure of my life. I don't know what type of tool the lady used on me but below my nail beds was bleeding and sore before I even left. She cut the nails way too short. I'm a nurse and I'm on my feet all day so this was extra difficult following the week after the pedicure. I will never step foot in that place again. My toes are just starting to heal. My mom and I went there for pedicure (for mom ) and gel manicure (for me). They were poorly staffed and could not accommodate us both until my mom was almost done with her pedicure. Then they finally started my gel removal the girl was so rough. I asked for my nails to be filed to the same length. The girl was so rough as so as I pointed out that my nails were uneven and she did not notice one of my nails was cracked. She dug her nail twice into my cuticle. I knew at that point, a gel removal was all I needed. They charged me $15 for it, which is ridiculous. I will not be going back. read more

Newly renovated and looking great! I haven't had a manicure for a year because I had trouble with gel making my nails thin. I decided to try one more time for a special occasion and someone recommended Expo Nails. Everything looked different and updated. I explained my problem and my manicurist was very helpful! Experience was not great. Was seated pretty quickly for a manicure, but the lady didn't do my cuticles or pay close attention to how she was filing. She made 3 fingers bleed. The cost was not worth the service. Will not return. read more

Went here for the first time and won't be going again. Asked for dip powder on my hands, Brian was my technician and very sloppy. Nicked my cuticles multiple times with the machine. Very thick and unshapely nails and poor clean up around the nail bed. My nails are sore. read more

Probably the worst experience I've ever had with nails. It really didn't even have to be! I got my nails done Friday and realized when I got home how un even in shape and in length all my nails were. So I called the next morning and just asked to have them reshaped, and I was very polite. They agreed and told me to come in at one. The woman who did my nails looked at my nails and asked me what I did to them, and told me I said they were fine yesterday ...she rushed through my nails the day before.. never asked me what shape I wanted just went to town. She was snarky the entire time ..I told her I didn't think it would be a big deal she said " check the shape and the length I'm never fixing your nails again" she was rude from start to finish..and even worse threw my hands at me once they were done and scuffed to go show the owner before I left. I will never ever ever go back and I hope I can save some people their time and money! I came here twice and got cuts on both my hand and toes from the nail filer that they utilize.

Usually I leave Expo nails with smooth feet and perfectly polished toe nails. Not this time. Not only are my heels rough, the nail polish has chipped on 3 nails after 2 days of my pedicure. Salon was clean and the staff was friendly except for the man who did my nails. He was very rude, kept telling to stop moving and hitting my hand. My nails are uneven, some gel is very thick while other nails are not. He did not massage my hands whatsoever which was surprising since it cost $33 and it was not a polish change. He was very unfriendly and did a below average job on my nails. I will not be returning. I have heard that you need to specify who you want at Expo nails since some staff are much better than others and this is very much true. read more

It saddens me to write this review. I have been going to Expo nails for years! But the last few visits have caused me to look in fining a new place to go. The staff has always been good to me. Its the level of service that has come to bother me. If you are looking for any airbrush your out of luck! The machine has been broken for at least a year and doesn't look like it will be repaired or replaced any time soon. Today's trend in nails are designs and "decorations". This is not their specialty. A few of the girls are able to paint some simple designs but noting to complex or out of the ordinary. Also, they have a few staff members that give a great pedicure but should not be doing any nails on the hands. The owner and staff are very friendly and usually there isn't much of a wait. If you are looking for a simple manicure, fill, or pedi. You should be happy. They are more in to doing basic nail work. read more

I am not the one to write negative reviews but this was the WORST SERVICE at any nail salon I have ever been given. A group of 4 of us made an appointment for mani-pedis at least a week in advanced. We made it known it was a bridal party and it was a special day. The bride was sitting down and was asked to move away from the rest of the bridal party and was treated rudely. They didn't even tend to the bride for at least 50 minutes (helping all the bridesmaid first). People who came in with appointments an hour after us got helped within 20 minutes of waiting, when we were still waiting for people to be available for pedicures. When I checked out I was told there was a $5 shaping fee for my nails. I hardly got a shape on my acrylics, just a rounded edge. The bridesmaid who has been a customer over 10 years has never gotten this charge. No where on the sign does it include this pricing or did the lady tell me this additional charge. When I addressed the owner about this issue she was very dismissive and ended up ignoring my concern and helping the customer behind me. The nail service was average, but for the price I don't recommend coming here. I had to pay $83 for acrylics and a basic pedicure that took over 2 and a half hours to get. This included a $2 fee to purchase my own nail file for the already $38 regular polish acrylic set. What should have been a fun and special day for the bride has been ruined. read more

There hasn't been a review recently for this nail place. I really liked it. They were friendly , professional and accommodating ! I had no problems at all and will go back since I was looking for a new place. I got a fill and a pedicure and was please with the job. Tammy took care of me and I plan to request her in the future. I don't get designs on my nails but like a variety of colors and French manicures. They seemed to have many colors to chose from. It saddens me to say this but I will be looking for another salon to take care of my nail needs. This, after a 15 year relationship with the owner of the place. The service has gotten worse each time I go and I have had it. It seems like my time is not important (and I always, make an appointment well enough ahead of time, never a walk in). I always request the owner and it seems more and more, she pushes me aside and has someone else take care of me. The final straw was the day before my daughters wedding. Rehearsal day .... I scheduled this appointment for the bridal party MONTHS in advance requesting the owner ONLY do my nails, the brides and my other daughter....she had said ok. Come day of, she had no time to do my other daughter .... not only that, she only did half of mine and made me sit and wait while she took on another client, making me late to my own daughters rehearsal .... also, they were very rude to us that day ... a day where we not only dropped a fortune there, but was supposed to be a happy day. This is a busy nail salon but it's for a reason...they do a great job! I have been trying to grow my nails for years without success. Faced with short, stubby, peeling nails, I tried out Expo Nails a couple times over two months. To my surprise, my nails are now strong and hard. The gel manicure lasts three full weeks or longer. Very clean salon, everything is either soaking in barbacide, or manicure utencils in an individually wrapped sealed package. I always make appointments and am always taken on time. I came from a different salon that applied acrylic to my nails and I had a lot of problems there (uneven nails, lifting/falling off, unevenly applied gel nail polish). At Expo, they recommended the powder dip and I adore the technique. Best manicure ever. I prefer my nails on the shorter more natural looking side; each manicure they look better.
