BEWARE! FRAUD! Awful Awful Awful. I never take the time to review a company unless it really…read moreimpresses or completely is a scam. This was the worst experience. Another reviewer said William "made it right" with them, and even though he refunded our money, that DOES NOT make up for the fact that we prepared tons of food, ordered gear, packed it up, carried it around for 2 hours looking for our tent all to find out that it just didn't exist. We had nowhere to go!! So not only did we have the most hellacious morning trying to find the "hospitality" check in tent (calling it a hospitality tent is so comical), then no one was there for 30 minutes, then they sent us on a wild goose chase. We looked and looked for our tent. On Monday after the game, they admitted that they just didn't get around to setting up our tent. But instead of telling us that, they sent us looking for it pulling, carrying, and dragging all of our things. What a nightmare. We drove for hours to get to the grove, and to give us our money back does not, in my mind, make up for anything. This is a fraud of a business. ALSO THEY REMOVED THEIR FACEBOOK BOARD WITH ALL THE NEGATIVE POSTS!!! UNBELIEVABLE.
