I said, "I'll be there tomorrow." June 1, I arrive in the morning in person at their latest request to cancel the tanning for the month. "Oh, we've already charged your card for the whole month of June." EXCUSE ME???? It was charged at 2 am last night I'm told. I told her to cancel the charge. She said she can't do that. Of course you can. It's a bank card, cancel it. They refused. I paid for an extra month I won't be using. What a scam! The first week was a male employee-very nice and helpful. The next week she went in for her bogo deal after she'd already paid the week before. The female employee demanded she pay even though my daughter explained the situation. She would not listen and was incredibly rude and made her pay. When I called about it, she said she'd call her manager. When I spoke with the manager she said she was just "firm" with her and defended the employee. She did see the mistake and offered a refund. She would not do it over the phone and said we'd need to come back to collect cash for the mistake. This was an inconvenience to drive 15 min there and then back home, so I asked for a refund back for the deal (which would've been a whopping $15. She acted appalled that I'd ask for that for the rudeness and inconvenience of driving back. Then the MANAGER hung up on me. The adult employee shouldn't have been rude to a 16 year old, and a manager should have remedied the situation. Instead, she was equally rude.
