The closest known notary to me was UPS and when I called they said they were closing in the next few minutes. Fail. Back to the drawing board. I somehow found Lisa and she quickly became my hero. In under 40 minutes she showed up at my house ready to help me meet my deadline of January 1st. Not sure what I would've done without her. AMAZING! I cannot say enough about Lisa and her exemplary services. I am in New York and in an urgent situation needed some documents to be printed, signed and notarized by my father in his home and then taken to a local Fed Ex to be shipped to Europe. Lisa replied promptly, was willing to go same day and gave me several options for times in following days. I had a prepped Fed Ex form with the European address emailed to me within an hour. My father is ill and hard to pin down, when Lisa could not reach him, she waited near his apartment for nearly two hours to be available should he call before her following appointment. In the coming days, she was continually flexible and made repeat efforts to reach him and be available to him. Ultimately he was difficult and impossible to coordinate with. Ironically, she never got the signature for which she was hired. After all of this, repeated efforts, frustration, etc. she asked that she not even be paid because the action was not executed. As a New Yorker, I know I could never in a million years find someone here who would be so patient, kind and thorough in trying to resolve a document problem.
