The drivers are very friendly and chatty and very helpful, for example if you are going to the airport they will sort all the bags out etc. The prices for taxis are also very competitive. I have recently moved areas which is a shame as it means i can't use this taxi firm but i recommend anyone in the area who needs a taxi to the airport to use this taxi firm as they are the cheapest I have come across. A lot of other taxi companies rip you off for airport runs. Also another thing to bear in mind is they dont increase their rates after midnight so if you are on a night out and get a taxi back it is well worth booking with them rather than hailing a taxi down in the street.

On moving to the Kensington area I found that some firms were reluctant to come to the area late at night as they were wary of any trouble as the area has something of a bad reputation on the whole. This was never a problem with Pool Cars who always sent a taxi out swiftly and even at peak times the wait is normally quite short on the whole. The drivers are friendly and always willing to wait for you at shops and cash points without any complaint at all as well as always being up for a chat whether you are drunken or otherwise. Mainly though the prices are great a taxi to town is rarely over five pounds and as a student this is great value. So on the whole friendly, reliable and cheap.

The cars are nice and clean. They are obviously well maintained and looked after by the drivers. You feel very comfortable when in one of their cars and you do feel that the drivers have pride in what they do.
