Would give zero stars if I could. Drove 30 minutes because of the great reviews, stay away from this place. When I came to pick up the dry cleaning, I was questioning whether they even cleaned the tuxedo and dress - the items had lint all over them and were badly wrinkled. I was leaving the next day to go out of town and asked if they could redo it then, the response was that no one was available to do it overnight. The gentleman in the front tried reaching the owner but was unsuccessful. I came in after going out of town to have the clothes redone. I just picked them up, the tuxedo looked worse than it did in the first place and now has creases not only throughout the jacket but also on the lapel. This time, I was lucky (or so I thought) and the person pressing the clothes was there. I asked her to redo it and she was helpful and redid right away, but it was still creased. This went back and forth a few times until she said she only had her hand iron and what she usually presses with is off so this is all she can do. Either this establishment doesn't have the right equipment or the right skill, and both are unacceptable. I now have to go to a different dry cleaners to get the jacket redone. read more

Expert stain remover, cleaning specialty items, fixing zippers, purses, leather items and alterations.There's no guarantee on stains but I've had incredible luck with their patience and expertise. On July 25th 2013 I wrote a letter to the owner of Express Cleaners of Ocala, Inc. I explained to Maria that I was unsatisfied in which my Drapes were cleaned. When I dropped them off Maria told me that due to their age they may not come out clean. Maria never mentioned the fact that they would possibly shrink. This is the purpose of having my Drapes dry cleaned as opposed to being washed. We I received my Drapes back they were cleaned and pressed very nicely. When I hung the Drapes the length of the Drapes were at least 12 inches shorter. In my letter I asked Maria for some reimbursement /partial refund of the $121.98 I was charged. To this date I have not received a response from this Dry Cleaning Company.Very unprofessional company. read more
