Diane Forlidas is over subs, a former administrator, and she knows all the TX educational laws. They pay once a week, and for certified teachers they pay between $100 and $125 a day. Most assignments are in Dallas and Plano, but there are a few assignments in Grand Prairie and Fort Worth at Harmony School of Innovation. The other subs all have other jobs, goals, families, or are trying to become teachers or are retired teachers. Everyone is actually going somewhere with their lives that you work with, so there's no drama, very few call offs, and in general most schools, teacher and admin alike, are very grateful of the subs and respectful of them. He does a lot of VHS, cassettes, 8 mm film, etc. Customer service is on point, let's see if the quality is there on next update.
