However, we hired them to do a deep clean to put our house on the market, and the cleaning was horrible. Everything was half-way cleaned. The front of a side table would be wiped down but not the back. The tops of windowsills were cleaned but not the fronts. Specific areas that we pointed out to be cleaned were (eg. particularly dirty baseboards) but other baseboards in the same room were not cleaned. Anything behind a curtain was not cleaned. Fans blades were cleaned on the bottom but not the top. They did send cleaners back out for about 30min. after we complained, but there were still spots that were dirty after they left. After all of this, we were refused any sort of refund.
