The employee greeted me on the phone and was very helpful. The same (?) employee was very friendly and helpful when I came in person. I appreciated her being so friendly and helpful with filling out information on a paper form for the background check results to be sent to the right place. I enjoyed the vibe she brought , and small talk was pleasant. The experience was efficiently taken care of. I appreciate the convenient location of this as well. Thank you!

These people really know what they're doing and their service is super fast. I've done…read morefingerprinting before to renew my teaching license, and going through local police stations can be time-consuming, especially because some of them are not even equipped to deal with electronica fingerprinting. Many of them still do ink on the card, mail it in, blah blah blah. Hurry up and wait. Security hut is all electronica and super fast. I realize that some of that quickness comes from the agencies processing things quickly, but in my case, I was fingerprinted on one day, and the Ohio Board of Education had my Results the following day! These people are all very nice, kind, patient, and really attention detailed. They're also very fair. I had my BCI done a few weeks ago, and didn't know that I also had an FBI check to do as well. They only charge me the difference between the two, saving me about 20 bucks. That's really nice, because they could've gouge me for the full price. Highly recommend Security Hunt, grateful to have it in my community.
