I booked an appointment online a few days before then arrived for my appointment. I was sent a link on my phone to check-in but there are also 3 self-serve kiosks that can be used to check-in upon arrival. I waited for about 10 mins until I was seen. My blood samples were taken and I left within 7 mins. I have complaints and the woman taking my blood was nice. The PA Hannah welcomed me up to her treatment room where we both sat at a distance and she wowed me with her expertise of Botox, FDA approvals for it and dermal fillers, risks, what to expect pre- and post-treatment, and more. She did not skip steps- you can tell she is not only highly trained but truly cares about the outcome of her procedures and wellbeing of her clients. She presented me with the freshly opened Botox vial so I could see that it was brand new and unexpired. The entire Botox injection process of 24 units took less than 3 minutes and was painless- I'm serious, zero pain. Wonderful customer service. Attentive and caring staff. Actual concern for patient care. I visited on Thursday, 27 June 2024 in the morning for a checkup on a certain part of my body but it turned out nothing was wrong with me. All the basic tests were done (blood pressure, pulse, plus another important test) by a nurse and then I saw the PA-C (Physician Assistant - Certified) on call (there must not have been an MD on call. The PA-C reviewed the other mayor test and told me that my body was fine. What is said say about stress and not drinking enough water can actually cause a reaction in your body. My experience here was amazing compared to the Lakewood Urgent Care. The young lady at the front desk greeted me then checked me in which was a smooth process because I have been to Cleveland Clinic in the past. I waited less than 5 minutes and a nurse assisted me by taking my important vitals (weight, blood pressure, pulse, and another test that will remain nameless due to privacy health reasons. I forgot her name but she is a Serbian lady who was very professional and nice. Finally, I saw the PA-C who reviewer everything that the nurse went over and it turns out that nothing is wrong with me. I'm healthy but I came to Urgent Care because I felt something was off with my body. The PA-C gave me things to do in that week to follow and sent me on my way. I did not need any medication.
