This company let go a POOL of employees the week of thanksgiving. Me and several of my other coworkers were accused of time fraud, we were refused the right to see the proof. This company will believe and listen to any one but their employees. We expressed several times we felt uncomfortable at this specific sight ( Springfield clinic) because we were all feeling threatened by the firing of our first team member to be let go. We all were let go shortly after. This company does not care about you or your family! Only the money you can make them! read more

This branch office employs two of the most unprofessional associates I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I talked to Julie Hamilton, a job search agent, about a specific position which I had applied for. I couldn't get a definite answer about the position. She was impolite and abrupt, and she gave the impression that she had no interest in talking about this or other similar positions in the Springfield area. Ms. Hamilton also told me that there were expected layoffs by Springfield businesses. In a condescending tone of voice, she told me that she "wouldn't give a job to an out-of-towner when there were area residents who will need jobs!" Several weeks later, I attempted to speak with other Express office associates about subsequent applications. I talked to what I believe was a receptionist, who was just about as rude, telling me that I "would just have to call back another time when we're not so busy." My suggestion to all Springfield job-seekers is to completely avoid this Express Personnel office, and it might be a wise idea to avoid Express Personnel in its entirety. If Julie Hamilton and her receptionist are examples of the caliber of Express Personnel's associates, then Express is an inept, unprofessional organization. read more
