Was turned away from door before 6, argued with until 6 and then turned away again because "it's 6…read morenow" At outlet location 3011 I arrived to return a single item before it closed. The lady locked the door as I approached, even though it was before 6, then argued about nothing for 5 minutes, then said "oh, well look at that it's after 6". Astonishingly bad customer service. Tried shoving her watch, which didn't say it was 6 yet, in my face, but hit the door because it was closed in front of her (?). The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I would have been out of there by 6 easy, I had the receipt and it ready to go.

When I first get a new one, I spray with a fabric protector ( can from Walmart by shoes) to keep clean. The employees were so helpful in the store. I went in when they were having a sale with an extra 20% off so everything was even cheaper than the tag said. I knew I wanted to get my mom a blue tote for Christmas and I asked if they had any other blue bags in the back. The nicest employee went to the back as found a couple nice bags. I decided to get a light blue tote bag and then got myself a black puffer looking tote to use for work. I lions them both and they are great quality. I also bought my mom and myself a cute wallet/ card holder. It's perfect size and fits in my bags and all my purses. Someone in my party needed a very specific size that wasn't on the rack, and lo and behold they had it in the back! Plus, an unexpected discount was applied to it! The clothes in the store are on the expensive side, but they have great deals going on all the time. Even sales on winter items during the winter... I'm happy with the colors, style and durability of my purchases. I joined their rewards email thing, and though the emails are annoying, I got an unexpected $5 off today's purchase. The cashier was very patient with me when I forgot which email I had the account with! It was worth the awkward search.
