The toy section stood out in a negative way -- it was essentially just a single aisle, which is far less than what you typically see at other Burlington locations. Part of what makes Burlington enjoyable is the ability to browse a wide range of items and find unexpected deals, but that experience just wasn't there at this location. Overall, it felt underwhelming compared to other stores in the same chain. The service was non existent no one acknowledged us.

In looking for a new clothing store to get me out of my comfort zone, I happened upon J. Jill at…read morePenn Square Mall. I'm really glad I did! I love a store that is brightly lit and well stocked, both of which this store is. The sales clerk greeted me quickly but did not hover. As my arms started to get full of clothing to try on she was prompt to unload them from me and put them in a dressing room so I could keep shopping. She made a few suggestions based on what she saw me looking at, and also asked some questions about fit, did I have a specific need, favorite colors, etc. She also pointed out the sales sections and told me exactly what discounts were being offered. I love that she checked on me while I was trying on the clothes, and then brought me a few more items to try. I never felt bothered/pestered, I felt like I was taken care of while given the freedom to wander and choose what I wanted. I loved the attention to detail that the sales clerk provided and also her very friendly attitude. As I was paying for my items the clerk mentioned J. Jill's online shop and suggested I check there for items that might interest me. All in all this was the perfect shopping experience for me. I'm a J.Jill shopper from here on!
