It's a hand wash service and is always good, but with so many staff changes, some aren't as careful as others The water is recycled, so must assume it's filtered rather than clean & fresh or water rates / cost would be higher. I've not checked if there's any facilities, eg toilet. if having a valet, there are tables & chairs while you wait. Price for a wash / dry for 4x4 is £9 over 65's You always get a car freshener which is a nice touch. Now I've got a new car, going to book in for regular valet.
