Fultz gave us a great overview of the reasons to go with Speed Queen, and pay the extra cost. We were sold; his wife Monica gave me a rundown on how she uses hers for the best uses. We feel we made an investment, rather than a purchase. We were told they could deliver within 2 days. We were told of the warranty and how they deal with any issues that come up during that warranty time (and beyond). Today, our washer and dryer were delivered. The installers called before they arrived; they had a very long day and had covered a lot of miles; yet they were so friendly and got on the job of disconnecting and removing the old ones and installing the new ones. Afterwards, Joe C. gave us a demonstration on using the machines before he left. He and his partner were so friendly and professional. I am totally sold with using TP&F in the future for any appliance purchases!

Thankfully, the clock repair team placed all new parts in the shell and now it works perfectly. My family was so happy that this clock was repaired and chimes like it used to. I've taken all my old family clocks here and never had a bad experience.
