The dealer only does curbside delivery( they will not put it in the house. They will deliver the safe to the installation company ie ALSS or do curbside to my home and I can arrange for ALSS to come to my location and install it when delivered. After multiple attempts to convey this to the woman answering the phone she asks where is it going to be delivered to. So I give her my address then she asks what address it's going to be installed. When both addresses were the same she said that doesn't work. So obviously an inability to communicate. After multiple attempts to rephrase the situation it became apparent she could not grasp the concept of having the safe delivered to ALSS who would then delivery and install it. I probably should've asked for someone who was better equipped, but by that point I was already frustrated. So in this instance ALSS lost my business. I loathe surveys. This was a waste of my time and a loss of revenue for ALSS. Hopefully they will provide a little better training, unless of course they don't need the business

"FOR THE SCOPE, TIME, and PRICE, WE ARE GOING TO WITHDRAW OUR QUOTE and OFFER OF SERVICE". Total red flag. They were going to charge $250.00 to destroy my safe to open it. The next day I called another Locksmith (Nature Coast) they were out the very same day and was able to fix the broken lock and now I can open it without it being destroyed. They charged me less than half of the $250.00 quote from you.
