Before arriving, my wife and I researched transportation options and saw that Uber, Lyft, and taxis were supposedly available in Muscatine. We came into town in our small boat on a Saturday evening, thinking we'd easily find a ride service once we got to shore -- but quickly learned that wasn't the case. During our planning, we had already discovered that none of the nearby hotels allowed pets, so we booked one about three miles away to accommodate our small dog. That's when we realized we had no way to get there. In a bit of a panic, we found NET online and decided to give them a call. To our relief, they answered right away and sent a driver promptly. The driver was kind, professional, and the price was very reasonable -- a bright spot in what had been a stressful evening. Later that night, we found out the hotel couldn't provide transportation back downtown. When I called NET again, they told us they normally don't operate on Sundays, but they'd make an exception to help us out. The next morning, the owner himself arrived right on time, taking time out of his Sunday before church to give us a ride. He was incredibly gracious and even shared more about the company he and his wife founded to help others in the community. NET didn't just give us a ride -- they gave us peace of mind. It's clear they truly care about people and about making Muscatine a better place. Their compassion and dedication go far beyond what you'd expect from a transportation company. So I naturally, I was upset, what bride wouldn't be. I asked for a refund, he said he was "driving another bus at the moment" soooooo you supposedly called me at 10 that day but didn't issue me a refund right away??? So after me threatening to have to take them to small claims court if I didn't get my money back, they stopped responding to me and FINALLY issued my money back then next morning at 5 A.M . they claim they didnt know it was a wedding, lies, I have the E-mail, which Im going to share below, but even if it was a bus to take people out to dinner, what does that even matter??? So , long story short, they completely ruined my night. Customer service at this company is top notch. I would equate it to Southwest Airlines customer service, and that to me is one of the best out there. It does not matter who you speak to; they speak clearly, confidently, and get you taken care of quickly. While all are great, I would like to give an extra shout out and kudos to Ashley who is the best of the best. She deserves a raise, truly. Her dedication and attention to detail is superb. Working as an Executive Assistant to a CEO of a large company, I have a handful of transportation companies in my arsenal... but Limolink is always my first call!
