They continue to fail to get this loan closed after repeated delays. The latest delayed closing is set for 2 days from now and they continue ignoring any requests by title company. realtors, buyer or seller for updates or confirmation of any future closing. They have refused to provide any professional communication throughout this process. The delay on March 3, 2023 was awaiting a mailed letter, mailed twice and yet never received to date 4 weeks later and despite suggestions it be mailed via tracking number that were ignored. Obviously, the letters were never mailed as stated. They promised another format of letter to be accepted and closing April 14. Today they continue ignoring all parties' requests for status of imminent closing. Strongly suggest avoiding this office. I'll update this review if and when closing completes timely.

She was super responsive, clear, thorough and the Prime Lending site/technology was great (online document management, status updates, etc.). I was dreading the process but if was super simplified for me. And the rate was competitive enough that I didn't have to shop around too much.
