I've had several bad experiences in this store and this time was the last time. I work with a buisness that I have to drop off packages to be returned to other businesse. Every time I go in there with a QR code to ship it off they can't do it. They always give some sort of excuse of why it's not working. I went here because google told me it was a FedEx location. They are contracted to ship FedEx, however I had a package that was completely paid for already and they charged me $1 for "FedEx drop off". Since I didn't have cash and couldn't swipe my card for $1, I asked her if they could print and bind an ebook I needed. She said they did, but did not tell me all the hidden fees, and the fact that they charged .60 cents per page. Needless to say, I went there to drop off a prepaid package and wound up paying $79.05. $1 drop off fee $3 "computer time"???!!! $13.98- 2 bindings for one ebook they chose to separate. Not to mention due to technical difficulties on their behalf I had to leave and come back to pick up my book(s). I am a supporter of small businesses, however next time I will go to an actual FedEx/UPS location where they have all their fees posted so you can see what they are. read more

They charge $1 for FedEx envelopes if you have a prepaid label, but don't tell you until you've already put your paperwork in it. Then they proceed to tell you about minimum debit card charge--forcing you to purchase unneeded items just to mail a prepaid FedEx package. Better off driving to an actual FedEx location read more
