Needless to say, I went there to drop off a prepaid package and wound up paying $79.05. $1 drop off fee $3 "computer time"???!!! $13.98- 2 bindings for one ebook they chose to separate. Not to mention due to technical difficulties on their behalf I had to leave and come back to pick up my book(s). I am a supporter of small businesses, however next time I will go to an actual FedEx/UPS location where they have all their fees posted so you can see what they are.
