He has consistently gone above and beyond with expert advice, outstanding customer service, and overall Bedford Camera and Video offers a great selection of camera gear and quality accessories. As a professional photographer, reliable gear is essential to my work. When an XQD card I purchased in 2024 became defective, the business's name and ownership changes created complications with my Sony 5-year warranty. Instead of leaving me to figure it out on my own, Sito worked directly with his Sony representative to resolve the issue and quickly secured my replacement card. Beyond the excellent service, Sito has been a valuable camera mentor who genuinely cares about his customers long after the sale. Whether you're a beginner or a professional, he'll take the time to help you find the right gear and make sure you're taken care of. I highly recommend Sito and Bedford to anyone looking for knowledgeable advice, quality products, and exceptional customer service. Thanks for everything you do!

Sito helped her get a new lens, optimized some settings onto a preset, and helped explain different specs of each setting with patience. I think people forget that different generations have different norms, and while some people are rude, some just dont conform to your expectations; and that's not the same thing.

The staff is well informed, even when it comes to non US passport requirements, and their service has been always reliable and fast. We've been in contact with Process One multiple times through email and phone calls and just keep being told "it'll be ready in a week". They took great time and detail to perfect the lighting, color and proportion to make it look like they were really there. So far he's repaired Mamiya, Leica, Canon, and other makes for me and I'll be sending him my rare, mint-condition Olympus M-1 this summer. Yes, I trust Mike implicitly with rare, highly valuable equipment and in each case the gear has come back in spectacular condition, well cared for, and functional to factory spec. In addition, Mike is a very nice guy, always professional, easy to work with, and dedicated to providing a quality product for customers. If you need a film camera repaired, Phototronic is one of the best options. I also trust Mike because when gear doesn't need a repair, he'll tell me. He's saved me a good deal of money by giving me the insights I needed to replace light seals in my RB67, and has told me when there's no need to repair a camera. Mike won't take a repair just to make some money. He will take a repair when he can do something to extend a camera's life.

I can't wait to see the photos. I will especially treasure the family photos for many years. She really helped make the special day a wonderful one. Tonight I was just laughing and telling my son that Jessica moved like ninja, capturing photos here, then there, but hesitated in writing that until I read her similar comment here on this site.

You can email them your files. This allows for you to not have to leave and come back for those bigger jobs. 2. Speedy printing (depending on the job, of course. If it's not too big a job, they do same day printing. Bigger jobs, you will want to give them a day's notice. 3. Good customer service. Can a copy shop really be like Cheers? If so, this is the one. 4. Competitive prices. I know that when I first got a job done here after having to rely on Fed Ex/Kinkos, I was pleasantly surprised by how much cheaper they are. They did a huge vinyl banner for me for about a hundred bucks, which would have been a lot more at Fed Ex/Kinkos (sorry, I think they'll always be Kinkos to me). And there you have it! In the spirit of Yelp, I implore you to use the independently owned business instead of the big guys. In this case, considering convenience, price, and customer service, there's no reason not to. Closed on Sundays, however!
