This Company is everything in customer service. I have admired them for years. Not only do they give back to the communities that they service, but they also give their customers the option to give back in their name during the Christmas season to a charity or choose a gift from them. But this isn't why I love them. I ventured into volume sports this fall, and one employee (Spencer) was an absolute godsend. I currently work here and I can say we offer a wide variety of quality products. However, working here is another matter entirely. The employees themselves are great to work with. My issue with the company is their policies they enforce as well as treatment of employees. You can only miss 5 days out of the year. You must ask off for a day 48 hrs in advance PROVIDED you have accrued time off, which can be earned through a fee pay periods. However, IF you ask off for a day off in advance and you have no time accrued for that day off then your day off COUNTS AGAINST YOU AS AN ABSENCE. In addition, if you call in and obtain a DRs. note for that day then this absence WILL ALSO COUNT against you. If you call in it better be a medical emergency as in HOSPITAL. Otherwise your absences will count against you. This of course leads to employees coming to work sick. If there is Bad weather like snow/Ice, then you're SOL. The company pays for their property to be cleared. So if upper management can get in then you are EXPECTED to come in. If you work more than one job they treat you like trash as you are unable to dedicate your time fully to the company. Overall, it's a good starting job to get fast income if you're a season employee. However, I do not recommend working here long term as the company does appreciate hardworkers. read more

This review is probably a long time coming. Decided to try H&H last summer since I had a horrible experience with my other lab. I do a fair amount of volume so I decided to fly down to there offices in Kansas City from Chicago where I'm based. Without really knowing anything really specific about me and my business they rolled out the red carpet for me on my visit and spend the whole day showing me around, answering questions going through work flows. They were so generous with their time. Now about 9 moths later they are my one and only lab and my business is so much better for it. They have customer service that are so incredibly patient (I think I would have driven myself mad with all my questions if I was on the other side of the phone). For any photographer out there you're missing an incredible opportunity if you didn't give them a try. read more

H&H Color Lab has made this possible through their great customer service and hard work. I have truly never had any issues with any aspect of their business and they have been nothing but helpful to ensure I submit to them a quality product that they can reproduce without error. read more

I love there books they look great but I have had multiple books printed and delivered not the way I ordered them and had to repurchase the books. I was very disappointed. Not only that but when you purchase a book good luck who knows what the pricing is going to be they don't tell you they just charge you and you don't get to pick which card you pay with it just what ever card they have on file. Personally I want to know how much I'm being charged I order just about the same thing every time and the pricing is always different. :( read more
