Explained what I had done and they could not have been any nicer or understanding. They quickly fixed that problem and then examined another ongoing problem, explained what could be done along with options and no pressure at all. Sent me estimates right away for each option. So pleased with them and their courtesy. Will definitely call again when I decide on which option to choose.

We have been having problems with our Septic for about a year. We've had Reddi Industries out here…read moreto empty our Septic and clean out our Septic 4 times this year. I got several bids for replacing our leech lines. Decided upon the recommendation of an acquaintance that Brown Septic was a reliable company. Kurt Brown came out and quoted bids, then my Husband called him back that night and picked one of the options. Since there have been a lot of issues with Septic Systems in Wichita this year (due to ground saturation from all of the rains) -- it took a little over a week for them to come out. But they called the day before to see if we were available and said that they would be here the next morning at 9:30 AM. They showed up at :9:15 AM and emptied out tank, then proceeded to bring in their backhoe. Then they proceed to tear out the old leech lines and replace with what he called a 'Chamber System'. Kurt built a Manifold' and He & his Wife, Patty, put in out Septic lines. They finished up around 3 PM. The City of Wichita Inspector showed up about 4:30PM and told me that he would contact Kurt Brown and tell him to proceed. Anyway, they came back and covered up the 'System' and picked up their equipment. And then dropped off my receipt, plus some additional business cards (which I had requested). I will let you all know how well that 'Chamber System' work!
