They still wanted to charge for the time it was down due tot their negligence. Last visit, needed a mini skid for 4 hours and would not allow it unless paid for all 24 hours as they don't have a working hour meter on it.

The next morning I googled trailer parts stores and Advantage Trailer popped up and boy am I glad it did. They seem to have pritnear everything trailer related . On Friday Adam made my rental process very easy and included some tips on what "Aerator" to use! He also explained the benefits of registering my company's name in their system! In the yard Peter was very helpful on showing me how to use the Aerator and even walked me through on how to use my ratchet straps correctly! He made us feel like family and cared about us getting home safely and wished us luck on our project! He also informed us to call with any questions that came up! I confirmed today and they said they didn't have it. I called the main number and I was on hold for 20 minutes and then they answered and disconnected me. I had to call back and hold for another 25 minutes while I also attempted to get on a chat. UHaul ended up confirming I could pick up a 4by 8 trailer on Kedzie Ave in the city of Chicago which is ridiculous. How does "confirmed" work in your company ? The rest of the world defines it as it will happen. I am angry. Uhaul should pay me for the time it took me to figure out you screwed me.
