I was instructed to call 24 hours before the time I would need a pick-up, and did so. The time arrived and no one showed up. After contacting Express Transportation 3 times - where I was continually told someone was on their way - I tried to get into contact with them to understand why I had waited an hour without anyone showing up. At that point, instead of taking my call, I was sent directly to voicemail. I left a message once again asking for the estimated time for arrival. I heard nothing back. In the end a stranger who had watched me standing outside waiting for Express Transportation for over an hour, felt sorry for me and drove me home. read more
