They pool which has towels (keep them there) is pretty small, but nice and during the day, on a Saturday, there was just one person swimming. The gym has a lot of equipment, towels a small fridge with wet towels, and even a scale if needed. The standard king room is very spacious. The bed and pillows very comfy. The room includes a tub (no extra cost). TV features mostly sports channels but you can log into your Prime, Netflix (if you wish). There's also a mini-fridge with tiny freezer space good enough for a few ice cream bars (minus box). One downside (not major for me), was I noticed that the cold water wasn't always cold. Washing hands throughout the day, and evening showers provided two options, warm water and hot water. If you prefer a cooler showers... start earlier because it's only then that I noticed colder water available. There are no water bottles in the room, but I believe you can call the front desk to make a request. It's walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. If you need a snack avoid ordering from the pricey Refresh and Refuel menu (see pic). Plan ahead and get something from the convenience store in the lobby, or from the Taste store down the block (see my review on that one). In addition, if you're driving there's a Trader Joe's about 3mins away. For breakfast, I didn't try their options, but didn't see the need to as there are other options in the area. If you have time, walk over to Einstein Bagel for something light or a few minutes further to Tupelo Honey (see my review) for a sit down full service meal. That said it was a fine stay, nothing great, nothing bad. A couple of couches in the lobby were a bit tattered, which they should definitely address. While they don't advertise themselves as luxury or highend, for the price I think a properly kept establishment is fair.

Ivenia was warm, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was thorough, professional, and had such a genuine, positive energy--it's clear she really cares about guests having a great experience. Even more impressive, we learned her birthday was the next day, yet she still showed up with outstanding service and a smile. They are so friendly and so sweet! We were greeted with smiles and they were always so attentive with our orders. They were very efficient in getting our yummy treats to us too! My friend got a cupcake and I ordered the fried Oreos. They generously put some chocolate drizzle on top of the fried Oreos and that made them extra scrumptious! They just blow it off when you tell them and offer to replace your towels. Also, no coffee or water or any other refreshments in the lobby or public space. These are common amenities that this hotel fails to provide. When you ask about coffee, they've obviously gotten this question hundreds of times because they say, then look down, not outside of breakfast hours. Marriott service continues to be inconsistent across the brand.
