Her customer service is on point as well. I placed an order online and receive word via email about someone contacting me about my order. It may have been an hour that went by before I noticed an email in my inbox from the bakery. My daughter kept changing her mind on what type of party(ies) she wanted. As a result, I at least reached out to the bakery via email three times before my order was final and the flavoring and design was set. Each time the contact person, I believe it was the owner, she was super professional and continued to work with me and my different arrangements until everything was final. I understand she has tens maybe hundreds of orders each month, but she was focused on getting my order right and making sure I was satisfied. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend you give this baker a try. Make sure you check her office hours online, but I'm thinking someone is always monitoring the email. At this time with all the turmoil going on in the world, I believe she is offering delivery of baked goods. I noticed she's offering a KETO style cookie too. Also moving towards having a little bit more product available as they did run out of cakes about 10 people into the grand opening. I recommend there be a sign upfront where you turn in pointing to the direction of the café so people are aware that it is there in the cut if that's an option. I know different areas have certain restrictions. Overall, I wish this café the best and I'm sure they'll be able to work some of the kinks out overtime.
