    Here is what I received.  But according to them I did it myself to get the same sweatshirt.

    I bought a sweatshirt from Amazon really not realizing it was sold and shipped by Expression Tees. I received the sweatshirt and it had a cut or rip on the front. I contacted Amazon within 3 days of receiving the sweatshirt. I then received an email from Expression Tees. It was late when I got the email and my camera wasn't working on my phone so I explained I would get it to them ASAP. I sent it the next day. The company sent an email back with the question If I thought that they shipped it out that way. I sent them one back stating No I wasnt saying they knowingly shipped out a damaged item. I asked them to replace it with the same EXACT sweatshirt and stated I would send the damaged one back. Then this is where the craziness begins. They responded with no there was no help from them there. They accused me of damaging the sweatshirt to get a free sweatshirt. I asked them why would I damage my own sweatshirt that I would've been completely happy with if it weren't damaged. I asked if someone could call me. They responded with No Go Away Karen with a line through it and my name. I had no choice to go back to Amazon. They opened an investigation. I really hated to do that because I don't want to damage anyone's reputation. Today I emailed them again and asked if there was someway we could rectify the situation. They responded with NO, they called me a scammer, a liar, accused me again of doing the damage to get a free sweatshirt and continued to refer to me as "Karen". I pray that no one else experiences the horror that I have with them. The unprofessionalism has been unbelievable. I wouldn't even give them one star but I have to in order to post this.

    ZERO STARS!!! This company does not value their customers or stand behind their products. We purchased a poorly made shirt and this company chose to not even try to make things right. I will never purchase another thing from them and I urge you to take your money elsewhere. I have a very disappointed 8 year old who wasted his own money on a junk shirt that is falling apart after wearing it only 3 times. Horrible customer service.

    Shirts are not true to size a men's large is like a boys small very disappointed will never use this company again

So I left and went to the collegeville location and this guy was eager to help but just kept bullshitting me about sizes and obviously just wanted to sell me anything. He even told me the pair of jeans I like to wear was discontinued but I was able to order them online. I guess with help like this and honestly horrible selections in clothes, it's any time now we will be seeing a going out of business sale. I always liked this place too.

    Went in nearly two weeks ago and bought two suits, vest and shirts. Told the salespeople I had an…read moreevent and they gave me a date the day prior to the event as when they would be finished. I insisted they understood that I had to have these suits back on this stated date. Today, the day prior, I called to check on status as directed to by a very nice salesperson to find out that they couldn't find the suits. I gave Michael all of my information and explained that not only did I have a planned and paid for event to attend but sadly I now had to attend a funeral. Michael promised to return my call. It never happened. I waited all day and finally had to call back. I spoke to Alisha ( I hope I spelled that right) who already knew of my predicament and said they had been looking for them. She put me on hold for 3 minutes and returned saying she had found the suits right where they were supposed to be. They were not complete yet. I tried to be as composed as possible and Alisha was very gracious and helpful but I was losing my stuff. She asked which suit would I need the most and I would possibly have to wait for the other. Here's the deal. This is not a custom store, I get it. It's a store that had my suits for two weeks and did nothing with them. Then couldn't call me back to tell me. Advice? Go to a custom shop. Brooks Brothers maybe. You might only get one suiy but I know they will live up to the hype. Don't bother with this store. Aside from Alisha they are horrible. In all areas of retail. I'll update tomorrow if the suit looks bad, poor tailoring or not finished. I won't promise that I'll be as nice as I was today. Can I give negative stars?

    Passive aggressive returns experience just now. Young female was someone we never saw before so she…read moremust be new. Her attitude about an online return could not have been more rude and unprofessional: -Complaining about having to do her job -Tried to tell us that because we took items out of plastic bags garments were wrapped in to ship (that tear apart when you open them to try stuff on), that she was REFUSING to take the return? In brand new with tags condition? Really??? -Then when we pointed out tags and corresponding receipt line items, she was DISPARAGING us for taking clothes out of bags to try them on? Really? This has NEVER been an issue EVER at Sierra (or any other store) and NOWHERE does Sierra tell you you must have the plastic wrap from each garment to make a return. How are you supposed to try things on? Absolutely psycho worker here! -Going REALLY REALLY SLOW to be passive aggressive, such that half-way through the transaction, another cashier came over and helped FOUR PEOPLE in the time it took this person to do the second HALF of our return! -Giving that cold angry silence that is just childish and rude. I'm not visiting this store for a dose of this girl's personal problems dragged with her to work and spewed at me as rudeness! This isn't personal, Hon, it's your JOB! Grow up, really, just grow up! I was going to change my prior review to more positive for this store based on a number of better experiences between that and today, but today was just dreadful! This young woman has no business working in customer service. Whoever was at the register at 4pm on 6/15/24 needs an attitude adjustment, and a warning. Based on recent improvements I've been spending multiple thousands per year at Sierra (over $1000 in the past month, actually), but having to DREAD rude nasty people at the store to make a return? Hell no!

    They always have great deal and a great selection. The staff are super friendly. I've been here…read moremultiple times and the last time I was here, I couldn't find the matching shoe. They were able to help locate it. I really enjoy how organized and clean the store is and they sell really good brands for a great price. Definitely worth checking out and it's a great addition to the Exton area!
