Honestly afraid to just send it back (which according to the 1 response I got to me first email, other 3 were ignored, is how they do it) figuring they won't refund me. I ordered a Messi sweatshirt for my grandson because he's a fan. I got an email on Saturday saying my order was delivered. I looked all over outside and inside and couldn't find it. I assumed someone took the package. On Sunday I re-ordered the same sweatshirt and on Monday the first package was actually delivered. I emailed the company several times asking them if I could cancel the second order and explained what happened. I had an email to show them that they are the ones that emailed me saying the package was delivered. Never received one response. The company is a joke. I bought a sweatshirt from Amazon really not realizing it was sold and shipped by Expression Tees. I received the sweatshirt and it had a cut or rip on the front. I contacted Amazon within 3 days of receiving the sweatshirt. I then received an email from Expression Tees. It was late when I got the email and my camera wasn't working on my phone so I explained I would get it to them ASAP. I sent it the next day. The company sent an email back with the question If I thought that they shipped it out that way. I sent them one back stating No I wasnt saying they knowingly shipped out a damaged item. I asked them to replace it with the same EXACT sweatshirt and stated I would send the damaged one back. Then this is where the craziness begins. They responded with no there was no help from them there. They accused me of damaging the sweatshirt to get a free sweatshirt. I asked them why would I damage my own sweatshirt that I would've been completely happy with if it weren't damaged. I asked if someone could call me. They responded with No Go Away Karen with a line through it and my name. I had no choice to go back to Amazon. They opened an investigation. I really hated to do that because I don't want to damage anyone's reputation. Today I emailed them again and asked if there was someway we could rectify the situation. They responded with NO, they called me a scammer, a liar, accused me again of doing the damage to get a free sweatshirt and continued to refer to me as "Karen". Like many others who shopped here, I had a terrible experience. I ordered a shirt with an iron on graphic and there was clearly a defect. I washed the shirt according to directions and the graphic immediately peeled off. Contacted Etsy to help get my refund and they were useless. They support shady businesses like this ripping people off and not adhering to their return policies. Etsy essentially blamed me for washing a tshirt. I mean, I didn't think washing clothes wasn't allowed. I wash all of my other clothes and they don't fall apart. So avoid this shop at all costs. They are unethical and shady and I've never dealt with a company so rude and who completely ignores messages and questions. And shame on Etsy for continuing to allow this business to rip people off. I'm done with Etsy. I can support small businesses in a multitude of other ways. If Etsy wants to partner with rude unethical companies such as this one, they will never see another dollar of mine. Do not order from here. I ordered 1 tee. It was shipped and has been sitting in DE since Dec. 5th. I contacted the company and they said they cannot do anything because the item has shipped. Shop elsewhere if you value customer service. My wife ordered 2 shirts for an upcoming competition that supposedly shipped the day after the order was placed. When we hadn't received them after a week, with no useful tracking information available, she contacted Expression Tees to investigate. Expression Tees told us they would check with the Post Office, because things get lost...we get that. However, with less than 2 days til the competition they had not communicated back to us what they had found. We needed to know if we needed to get other shirts. We had to cancel the order and to their credit they refunded our money (but not without a bit of sass thrown in). UPDATE on review below: appears that something in my granddaughter's chemistry made the sweatshirt discolor. Husband wore the 2nd one we purchased and it was fine but when granddaughter wore the second hoodie we had ordered, that one got blotchy orange too. I guess we need a chemist to figure that one out. But I can't blame expression tees. The others shirts we ordered were fine. Hoodie sweatshirt caused a chemical reaction on the shirt when worn. Gray hoodie is now gray and blotchy orange like it was bleached, but it wasn't even washed yet. Owner blamed me and refused to replace it. read more

Very pleased with the quality and price of these shirts. I ordered a batch for black history month and the sizes fit perfect. I have washed them several times now and have had no issue with shrinking,discoloration or the letters fading off.
