Lots of people there (mostly picking up balloons). We had originally stopped at the store in Irondale, but they were out of what we were looking for. Hence the trip to 280! Thankfully the items were in stock and we were able to check out quickly and be on our way! This location isn't very convenient to us, but it's nice to know it's here if needed.

To be perfectly honest, with online ordering, this store is turning into a procrastination store. And unfortunately at this stage of life, that is me in so many cases. So live on Party City! In this case it was not for my job. But instead for balloons for my twins birthday. We were asked the week before about one of the giant number balloons we see all over town for birthdays. I tried to order pick up online. But everything was scheduled for the next day. So I called the store. The employee there was very helpful and told me they can get it done in 5 minutes of arrival if I asked for him. I wish I could remember his name. Because he even offered to pull the balloons to make it easy even though he couldn't inflate them. In addition to that, he called me back to tell me the ones he thought were in stock, actually weren't for the 5 that we wanted. He helped us pick out one that our kids would like in addition to a cluster of other ones to make it look full. My problem with Party City in the past is the lack of customer service. But this location made me change my tune. Way to come through in the clutch on this one!
