The woman I spoke with at Holley's was extremely sweet and helpful. She told me that for $50 (price range I suggested) I could get a "real nice" arrangement, and she wasn't lying. This arrangement was gorgeous and perfect and HUGE. Far bigger and nicer than anything I have ever gotten from FTD or ProFlowers for the same price. You could definitely get a nice arrangement from Holley's for far less than $50-- that's just what I spent. Also, despite me placing the order over the phone and knowing next to nothing about flowers, they were able to create a gorgeous bouquet that exceeded my expectations simply based on my color preferences alone. I would definitely recommend Holley's to anyone. I have never been so pleased with a florist before.

Took the shells to the owner and ordered yellow roses, light and dark blue flowers for an Urn arrangement for her visitation at the funeral home. Gave the Urn dimensions. Went to the funeral home and did not see what we ordered. Surrounding the urn were 1 dozen yellow roses, a few sprigs of a purple flower that was falling apart and the arrangment covered the Urn so you could only see the top of it. We paid an extra $70 for another dozen roses to make it fuller, which we did not get. Petals were falling onto the floor and a few flowers were brown on the edges. We paid $267 for this. This was to be the beautiful centerpiece for my mothers funeral. The owner apologized and said she forgot to write down the additional dozen roses and to put the shells on and gave us $50 back, a hug and a box of chocolates (which my sister did say were delicious). That is all fine and good, but we cannot redo my mothers funeral showcasing her favorite flowers and the beach setting we had meant naught. She could not get the blue flowers in time, so instead of telling us, just put in the kinda blue/purple flowers. ??? What kind if company does this? A Mothers funeral is a big deal, and it was treated off handed. Soo much for all the planning we did, or what my Mom wanted.

Less than 10 minutes later, I got a accusatory call stating they did not know how I was able to purchase the flowers at that specific price from their shop, however, they were not-going to honor the price of which I purchased my flowers, She went on to inform of issues that she had with their vendor and her prices. when I walked her step-by-step through her site, showing her where I was able to purchase the flowers. She went on to relay that they would give me half the arrangement at the price I had already paid. When I asked if they would honor the price since I had already completed my purchase from their site- and as a result, landed unknowingly in the middle of an ongoing issue with their vendor . I was informed that I was "asking for too much". I informed her that this would be fraudulent activity as they were listed at one price and once they received my money, were only willing to honor half of my order. She went on to inform me of how much money they paid for their inventory, including the bases prior to selling it to customers. Poor Customer Service. She also talked across me beautiful flower arrangements, however, beware of the prices if you are purchasing online. Very disappointing.

Well, that was my first problem. I didn't know exactly what I wanted. So I took to the wonders of Pinterest and found arrangements that I felt fit my taste very well. Except maybe change a thing here and a thing there. Agh! I could not make up my mind. I took my examples to Mary and told her about my vision for my wedding day. She told me about each flower in my pictures and which flowers had colors like I was looking for. She was even able to "paint" flowers to get them to my desired colors!! I didn't know this was possible! She was very up front in price and never once tried to talk me into getting something more expensive. She was super reasonable and easy to work with. In fact, I started off with a few certain flowers for everything. I thought it was settled and all figured out! About a month before the wedding, though, I got second thoughts and changed practically every flower I'd originally talked about. Mary wasn't bothered in the least! She simply changed my order up and that was that! I was able to pay about 2 weeks in advance. I had only two concerns in the beginning, which proved to be very minor after all was said and done. 1) Some of our initial invoice drafts lacked items which we had just made note of in her shop, but with a quick phone call we got these details straightened out in no time. 2) She didn't have any pictures to show of her work! She was able to email me a few from another computer after our visit, but I just thought it was so strange to be in business for so long and not have photos to show of her work. When it all came down to it, I listened to my family who had seen her work and I booked her. Let me tell you, she did NOT disappoint!!! She kept my examples in mind, but added in my vision and taste to each of those. I absolutely loved my wedding flowers! I'm sharing some of our beautiful flower arrangements here. She did our altar arrangement, bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and cake flowers.
