I cannot speak highly enough about Mary at Always-n-Bloom!!!…read more I will be first to admit that I was a picky bride...I had a small wedding, so the few details I did have I wanted to be exactly what I wanted. Well, that was my first problem. I didn't know exactly what I wanted. So I took to the wonders of Pinterest and found arrangements that I felt fit my taste very well. Except maybe change a thing here and a thing there. Agh! I could not make up my mind. I took my examples to Mary and told her about my vision for my wedding day. She told me about each flower in my pictures and which flowers had colors like I was looking for. She was even able to "paint" flowers to get them to my desired colors!! I didn't know this was possible! She was very up front in price and never once tried to talk me into getting something more expensive. She was super reasonable and easy to work with. In fact, I started off with a few certain flowers for everything. I thought it was settled and all figured out! About a month before the wedding, though, I got second thoughts and changed practically every flower I'd originally talked about. Mary wasn't bothered in the least! She simply changed my order up and that was that! I was able to pay about 2 weeks in advance. I had only two concerns in the beginning, which proved to be very minor after all was said and done. 1) Some of our initial invoice drafts lacked items which we had just made note of in her shop, but with a quick phone call we got these details straightened out in no time. 2) She didn't have any pictures to show of her work! She was able to email me a few from another computer after our visit, but I just thought it was so strange to be in business for so long and not have photos to show of her work. When it all came down to it, I listened to my family who had seen her work and I booked her. Let me tell you, she did NOT disappoint!!! She kept my examples in mind, but added in my vision and taste to each of those. I absolutely loved my wedding flowers! I'm sharing some of our beautiful flower arrangements here. She did our altar arrangement, bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and cake flowers.

I ordered a $150 arrangement and they didn't even begin to make it look like what I ordered. 6…read morecarnations, 2 roses and 2 zinnias! I guess they thought since I was out of town and wouldn't be going they could cheat me! Beware and double check everything you order! And shame on you! Grief is hard enough without you cheating people! Follow up- spoke to owner, Gavin, who told me this was not the arrangement they sent but this is the one that has my name on it I told him. He said that cards get moved and put on the wrong ones at the funeral home. Fine, then fix it. He hung up on me when I told him I needed him to call the funeral home and get card on right arrangement. I called funeral home and they will see if the arrangement I did order in a white basket is there and switch cards. Meanwhile another owner, Chaise, called me and said that this was the arrangement and it is in a white basket. After emailing me pictures, it turns out it is in a brown basket however, the arrangement is still the same one that I was shown and not the one I ordered. I think the business is missing the point because it's not about the container it's about the actual flowers and how shortchanged they are and please don't tell me that substituting 2 roses for all the other flowers makes it equal. Just admit you didn't do right and apologize! If this is how you deal with customers not being happy, I feel bad for any other customers you might get. And Chaise told me he didn't like how I spoke to him and his employees although all I did was argue and raise my voice (no cussing!) because they still maintain that this is the arrangement that I ordered and apparently trying to get what you paid for, and customer service doesn't give you the right to be angry!
