What was delivered was a small unimpressive (poor quality) bouquet that looked nothing like what I ordered. The flower selection was cheap, and the overall quality was far below what I expected for the price. On top of this, within 24 hours the cheap flowers were wilting. Then I got pissed off.The reason why we picked the venue was because it was already naturally quite beautiful. So now you think I'm supposed to cover it up? seriously? Have a seat is good at what they do. They have beautiful fabrics. Some elegant while others are a little over the top. They are even in the top bridal magazines in the country for having luxurious things. But I question their integrity & honesty. Upon an initial e-mail, the response by the 'Have A Seat' team spoke to nothing outside of their minimum rental cost, being $500.00 (which we were happy to spend for the chairs in question). Having called 'Have a Seat' directly to inquire further, since, as mentioned, they neglected to address anything beyond their minimum cost, the individual I had spoken to informed me (after I had informed her of the delivery location, specifically) that there were not enough chairs in stock. Having then inquired about other chairs in stock (since, as mentioned, they boast a plethora of chairs available), I was told: "We are actually super busy that weekend and just don't have any chairs available". Their level of service is deplorable, and I would never recommend anyone inquiring about their services only to be met with such a disgraceful level of disrespect and dismissal.
