What I love most is that it is a mobile service! There is nothing better than the convenience of having someone come to your home or office and you can go about your life while your car is being cleaned. It is easy to get an appointment and they arrive on time. It's usually a 2-3 man crew that produce great results. I drive a 2013 and my car looks brand new when they are finished. The quality of the products is high and I love that they use a scrub brush (that does not scratch the paint) as well as a pressure washer to ensure to get off all of the dirt and grime (esp around the tires). It is clear that Shawn and his crew take pride in their work and ensure their customers are happy! The prices are very reasonable and you can pay via credit card. Give them a try!

I did not get a recording when I called asking me to press a number, I was not told I had to have an appointment to come get an estimate or that I needed to pay a deposit, and I was treated kindly. The price was lower than one of the other local places I called, so I decided to bring my car here. I paid for the parts in advance upon their suggestion for a faster repair, but it was not required. It did cut down on the waiting period. After providing an estimate on the repair, Jeff noticed a piece of plastic loose on the front bumper. He didn't know if I would be returning to get the repair or not, but he secured it temporarily for me without me asking. When I dropped it off for the repair, it was finished in less than a day. I was having the front bumper replaced and painted. When I went to pick it up, I was astonished and really touched. He had not only done an amazing job on the repair (not one noticeable piece out of place), but he had washed the car and polished my headlights. I was so full of gratitude. As long as they are in business, I will not go anywhere else. They made my 11 year car look new! The shop is very small, and when you pull up to the front (it's a little hard to find because it is not well marked and is off of a side street) it doesn't seem like a body shop. There is a little office door. You can just pull up on the sidewalk or on the street and walk right up, and you will be greeted. They don't seem to have much of a waiting area. You can walk to railroad square from there to kill time, but you would be better off having someone help you drop the car off. Please support this local business!

Got ahold of Darrell at his shop, and he was willing to squeeze me even though they were already slammed busy. They did AN AWESOME JOB! Looks brand new like nothing ever happened to it! Took a little longer than I was originally told about 3 weeks, but I was perfectly fine with that considering they were working me in last minute and did such an awesome job. The detail and craftsmanship and care they put into my car was amazing!! My car is my baby and Ive been doing mods on her, so I am very picky on quality. Looking good as new! In general my car got cleaned inside and out however the customer service and experience makes me…read morenot want to go here ever again. For starters when I asked about how long it would take I was told "15-20 minutes" which turned into about an hour. During that hour I witnessed unprofessionalism and disrespect. The person who washed my car had changed my radio while moving my vehicle and mind you they spent more time changing the radio than actually moving my car. When I asked them about it they laughed it off. Also while moving my car the owner ran over one of the cones and did not apologize. When I confronted him about it he was unapologetic and made it seem like he did nothing wrong stating "a cone won't do any damage, do you think I'll damage your car on purpose". Lastly the person detailing my car told me that the rubber weather stripping "came off" and he did not touch it... luckily I was able to pop it back into place but I'm sure it doesn't just do that one day out the blue. All in all, this was a bad experience. The car wash and detailing would've been worth the $35 but given the experience, I should have just did this myself.
