Listen, I rarely leave a review unless I feel the service I receive is exceptional. Earl and his team are amazing, simply put. They were able to make accommodations for my car to be serviced on the same day, just a few hours before I dropped my car off to them. Now I'm unsure if this something they will be able to offer everyday; however, it's something they were able to do today. When I tell you, my car came back almost as clean and new as it was when I purchased it... I mean it. The services received aligned with the package price. The team cleaned my engine when I didn't ask them to. I had several stains on my driver and passenger seats and they were able to remove them. Also, the scent of my car was refreshing. I previously wrote a good review for this location before receiving service trying to support black business, but I had a horrible experience. The owner kept asking me how much money I got instead of giving me a price to detail the inside of my vehicle. He eventually says $40 and did a horrible job on my vehicle. When I let him know and gave him the chance to fix the issue he got mad at me and told me to leave his property. He stated "all you payed was $40". I will be attaching photos below. Do not support this business! The owner is also taking advantage of the workers who clearly have mental handicaps, and only payed the 2 workers $5 out of the $40 and they did the work! i appreciate the bossman Mr. Earl C 100% I pulled up late Friday evening but he assured me he could fit me in his scheduling first thing in the morning. i arrived bright & early & pulled directly into the stall for my first ever detail from me buying the car in November. I respect Mr. Earl C the most because he saw I was an hardworking youngman & was able to work with my budget Even tho I am driving an Audi which is a highend German motor vehicle that you have to take tender care of. Absolutely recommend! I called last minute because I had a spill on one of my seats and they were so kind and accommodating and were able to fit me in right away. I originally just needed one seat cleaned, but he went above and beyond and cleaned all of my seats too! The price was very reasonable and I was impressed with how good my car looked when I got it back. Great people, great service, and an overall great experience. I highly recommend Exquisite's! They were able to get me in the same day and the pricing was very reasonable. I have a 2012 Altima that has had every food/drink spill you can imagine in 12 years.
