The plant was delivered at the agreed upon time/date, but was not in good shape. UPDATE: KD Floral immediately responded to an email that I sent them relating my unhappy experience. They said their specialty is in floral arrangements, and they offered to send a replacement arrangement, which I agreed to. The arrangement was in beautiful fall colors, nicely done, and was promptly delivered. I am happy that this business wanted to correct their mistake and make amends.

I've gotten better customer service at Shop At The Top than some high end department stores! To find the best goodies you should do a couple of times a month. I don't know if they have specific days they put stuff out or not, I CAN say I have never walked out empty handed! There is always a good selection to choose from. Plus, you are almost always guaranteed to see something you didn't know you needed until that moment! I MUST say it again...the staff is helpful, fun to chat with and stay on top of that shop!
