We again had us waiting for at least another 10-15 minutes still wet and cold. At that point we got in the car and left with no sight of anyone to take care of us. We thought the whole experience was very rude. A) They should asked if we could use help or acknowledged that we were there. B) They should have let the phone ring or tel whoever it was they will get a return call. B)

I was pretty shocked to see how tiny this store was, really it is super small. Walked in to see…read morethe cleaning crew hose down the baskets with sanitizer and then leave them sitting - soaking wet. I get the sanitization, but the baskets under the top two are not being cleaned and can you wipe them off please? Made it almost all of the way through the store and could not find something I needed, not a single employee had asked me if I needed help though they walked by, in front of and behind me doin what they were doing. Finally flagged someone down who was cruising by me, asked for something and she took me right to it and was very friendly. I checked out and left, underwhelmed but not overly discouraged. being so small I would have expected them to do more to ensure the customer experience was better due to the competition they have in town - I would not let that experience deter me from returning though....
