After getting estimates from other roofing companies, Hermetica came in with the best estimate and was the most responsive. They came out to the house within days of my initial call to look at the work and I got an estimate a couple days later. They removed the old roof, repaired sections of the brick wall that needed repointing, repaired a section of the soffit that had rotted, replaced sections of the particleboard under the roof, laid the new roof, and replaced the parapet coverings all in only two days. They even came out one evening to cover exposed sections of the roof in anticipation of rain the weekend before the work to replace the roof. During the entire process, Aza (the owner) was extremely responsive to any texts and phone calls. The crew who did the work was always on time, friendly, and kept the work site clean.
